The service was excellent, my room was always clean and replenished with goods. The buffet breakfast is exceptional with breads, charcuterie meats, local cheeses, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, tortillas, yoghurts etc The full board meals were well thought out and staff were always ready to help with dietary needs. Beautiful territory, subtle service and nice cats. Solid but a little aging 4 star. The bike rental is very expensive though and bikes aren't in great condition.

This beautiful hotel is about 25 minutes walk from the nearest town (less than 5 minutes by car) which made us feel a bit isolated. That said, staff were friendly, rooms were well sized and beds were very comfortable. Buffet breakfast and three course lunch and dinners presented us with many options to suit most tastes - you'll be unlikely to leave hungry. Plenty of tracks to walk with lots of areas to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
