Nice and clean hotel, with great breakfast. Staff were very nice, and especially Kessie who was extremely helpful, professional and friendly.

Our family of three had a good time overall for the duration of three nights in this hotel. The receptionist was rather laconic, I had to ask a few follow-up questions to learn that bicycles were not available for the weekend. This made us a bit disappointed as the hotel is not within walking distance to the city center, so we had to use a car, every time we left the hotel. There are a few grocery stores in about a 10-12 minute walk, but no restaurants or points of interest. Breakfast was good, we loved the choice and quality of fruit juices, there were savoury and sweet bakery products, muesli, fruits and hot options, including pancakes. We found the coffee excellent. The cleanliness of the room was good, and we appreciated the kettle in our room. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub was a bit old and the glass wall makes it difficult to bathe children. The room itself was big enough for us with lots of storage place but the mattress was a bit old, it needs replacing.

Great view. Spacious room, Bathtub, Hair dryer, shampoo, desk lamp, sofa, bathroom dehumidifier, sufficient breakfast variety, coffee is super good! Cons: couldn’t see CCTV along the corridor, not sure if it’s normal in Germany, no toilet bidet, the heater near window not functioning maybe centralize heater hasn’t turn on during winter.

I had to call police to turn off the loud music from a birthday party at the hotel conference area. I could not sleep in my room until 2 AM. The whole room was vibrating from bass. When I called reception they were quite arrogant starting with "sorry we cannot give you another room" or "do you want discount for the room". They refused to turn down the music and informed me someone was having a birthday party. So I had to call police. Never ever did that! Thanks for no sleep, the next day I drove 10 hours.
