Garner Hotel Augsburg Nord By Ihg

One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed in. I've travelled extensively around the world, and this hotel genuinely stands out. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and offered amazing value for money. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention has to go to Margaryta, who checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic and made such a positive first impression. She couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, and she really made a difference to our stay. She also made us aware of the benefits of booking through IHG directly. She is a real credit to IHG and an excellent example of the kind of service every hotel should strive for. I honestly wish more hotels were like this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended.

Location is only good if you come by car. There is nothing nearby to do. However, good accessible, just 5 minutes away from autobahn connection. 15 minutes by car to city center.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean, well-furnished, and featured both a small kitchenette and a nice bathroom. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet and would highly recommend it. The only downside is the hotel's remote location. Due to ongoing road construction, reaching the property was difficult and required a taxi. If you're planning a visit, I definitely recommend bringing your own car.

Hidden Gem directly off the A8. The staff was excellent when checking in/out. Rooms are very well kept and the hotel is very quiet. Breakfast was very good and worth the 10 euros extra. Keep up the great work Garner Team, I will certainly visit this location again during my future travels.
