Cami was an amazing tour guide. She is very friendly and made our day very enjoyable. We learned a lot about different wines and Waiheke island. We loved the food pairing and the lunch. Highly recommend!

Today we met the refreshing and effervescent Cami. As a stranger in a strange land Cami had reached out to us before the excursion to explain what to do, where to go and how to go about it all so, arriving in Auckland we knew exactly what to do. Taking the ferry out to Waiheke Island we were greeted by this wonderful hostess and her lovely island. Stunning views, an incredible tour guide whose 27 years as part of the island community made her an ideal guide. Then came the wineries. Out of several on the island, three were chosen which highlighted the best the island had to offer. The wines were elegant and matched with food that complemented the island and the trip. Well worth the time and value. Recommended for those looking for something with a familiar experience in an island paradise.

Cammi looked after us well. Tour not too rushed. 3 wineries for tasting and one for lunch which was a shared platter between two people with one glass of wine included.

This was my third wine tour on the island, with three different companies, and this was the best one. Cami, the guide, was very knowledgeable and entertaining, and showed some “secret spots” that previous tours didn’t cover. The included lunch at Three Seven Two was great, much better than the lunch venues used by previous tour companies.

We had an amazing day and Dean was an exceptional guide. Wild on Waiheke was definitely the highlight stop for me. Recommend this tour and guide to anyone

Unfortunately I slipped stepping out of the mini van spraining my ankle . I was not offered any ice which would have helped with the swelling. Still had a few hours left of the tour so continued with the sprained ankle. Ferry ride back to Auckland was painful experience to say the least. I am still in tremendous pain in moonboot for the next month as a result of not getting immediate medical treatment. I would think tour operators should carry first aid kit. Tour guide was friendly but lack of customer care. Needless to say will not be back.

My fiancé and I had the best time on the Sip & Savor Tour! Cami might have actually been the best tour guide ever!! She was super knowledgeable about the island, wineries, and knew just about everyone on the island. She made our tour so memorable and we couldn’t recommend this tour enough. It was such a great experience!

We so enjoyed this little wine tour. Cani, our host, was hyper knowledgeable, enthusiastic, full of excellent information and ever flexible. She accommodated requests without difficulty. The vehicle was modern and comfortable, and the wineries were top notch. The lunch was, in a word, opulent. Overall, I could not fault this experience one bit, it was outstanding and I would heartily recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic day out on the Sip & Savour tour with Cami & Tui as our guides. Would highly recommend it and hope to back again.

My dad and I joined a tour with Cami and Tui to celebrate my university graduation, and it was such a wonderful experience! Cami was incredibly thoughtful throughout the day, showing us beautiful scenery while sharing fascinating insights about wine and Waiheke Island. All three wine tastings were fantastic, and the shared lunch platter was delicious and more than enough for the two of us. Everything felt warm, relaxed, and very well organised!! I will come back again with friends next time!

Excellent tour for wine enthusiasts and foodies! Guide was great, personable and informative! 1 olive oil tasting with amazing several olive oils! 4 wineries with tastings and 2 with food pairing. All were fun and good wine! Will book again on a return trip! Met new people on our tour who were delightful.

Our day started with a ferry ride to Waiheke Island where Cami met us and our tour began with a mystery tasting … we then enjoyed 4 of the islands winery. Beautiful views & delicious wines,

We hit the jackpot with this tour. Our guide Cami who is a long term resident of the island was our guide and we had her all to ourselves. She was very knowledgeable and took us to see many beautiful places on the island. The olive grove and tasting was a great start to the tour - very classy venue. The wineries where we sampled wine and tasty treats were awesome. Lunch at Stoneyridge was delicious and plentiful.

We had originally booked the hop on hop off tour but at the last minute changed our minds and booked this tour. So glad we did. We hit the jackpot. Cami was our guide and we had her all to ourselves. She is a resident of the island for many years and therefore had lots of knowledge and showed us some beautiful places. The wineries and tastings were amazing. All very unique. The included lunch at Stoneyridge Vineyards was also delicious.

What an amazing small group tour of this beautiful island. Our tour guide Dean was incredible and gave us a great history of the island and current occupants. The vineyards and tasting we had were top class and lunch was also very good. Would highly recommend this tour company - cannot be beaten.

Cami was a fabulous guide and the tour itself was great at the 4 wineries we visited, although Casita Mira stood out.

Amazing tour! Had such a wonderful day tasting delicious wines and learning about the beautiful island of Wahieke. Cami our guide was the absolute best! It felt like a friend showing you around her hometown. She was so passionate and knowledgeable about the region. 10/10 recommend!

Cami was wonderful! She was ready at the pier on the Island with a sign with our names on it and she was very personable! The tastings were really nice. Plenty of time at each winery and very detailed tasting descriptions. Cami was accommodating and really seems to enjoy her job!

Small group experiences are the best. Cami was delightful, knowledgeable a passionate about her home island. The winery visits were amazing, each unique, annd the locations were out of a movie! we felt welcomed like VIP’s!

Our guide was Cami- she has lived on the island with her family for many years and has great knowledge about its history and the vineyards. She was very pleasant and told us so much about Waiheke and the wineries. The day was absolutely delightful! Loved the 4 vineyards we visited and the olive oil tasting as well. The settings were beautiful!

This is small group tour. Cammie took us to 3 wineries for tastings plus a lunch stop. She successfully avoided wineries with large bus tours, which was very appreciated . She knows the island well and gave us lots of information on daily life in waiheke and showed us some of town. Beautiful. I didn’t think ferry info was very clear. We ended up with most expensive ferry …wish I had understood options better. I should have inquired with Cammie in advance.

Can't recommend this tour with Cami highly enough! My mum and I had such a fabulous time with the small group visiting 3 wineries for tastings (casita miro, stonyridge and postage stamp) and batch winery for a beautiful sharing platter lunch enjoying views from the highest point of the island. Each of the wineries had a private table for us and the lunch was delicious. And Cami's tour of the island and stories as we drove around were brilliant. Loved our time on the tour, thank you Cami!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Cami was so helpful with booking. We were picked up from the ferry and taken to our AirBnB to drop off our cases. Michelle our tour guide was fun, friendly and so knowledgeable. She kindly dropped us back to our AirBnB at the end of the tour. Great vineyard selection. Great wines. Casita Miro the highlight 😍

What a wonderful day! Nydia took us to some really pretty vineyards around the island and showed us around town - she was a wonderful host with a lot of interesting stories. Wines were lovely and the intimate group-setting was an absolute plus. Would definitely recommend!

Great ferry ride over from Auckland. Was met by our host, Dean, who was friendly and professional and had a great knowledge of Waiheke Island being a local himself. All of the vineyards that we went to had great, friendly people and our shared platter lunch was fantastic!

Great day on Waiheke. Our driver was very friendly and kept us entertained through the day . A small bus was a bonus with just our group of friends in as well. Lunch was in a beautiful setting by the beach and the weather was stunning . Vineyards were in gorgeous settings and great to have an option for a swap out wine for a beer tasting . Highly recommended

Cami was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Was willing to drop people where they wanted after the tour and provided ideas of what to do. The trio was enjoyable with a good variety of wines on offer.

A wonderful experience. We enjoy finding the side of a place that feels off the beaten path, and this tour did just that. We had such a wonderful time on this small group tour of only 10. Margot, our lovely local guide and driver took us to 3 amazing vineyards. My favourite is Casita Miro vineyard where they paired cheese, olive, bread and flavoured olive oil with each of the wine we were tasting. Lunch was amazing. Highly recommend this small group tour from other larger group tour as it was intimate and the vineyards chosen were of high quality including the lunch venue. 10/10

Came here for our honeymoon and had a blast. It was just one other guest and our tour guide, so very comfortable. We felt well taken care of and everything tasted wonderful! We ended up purchasing some of the paprika oil to bring home with us.

We booked this tour as a part of our honeymoon, and it was absolutely amazing! Nydia is a very knowledgeable guide and seemed to know everyone on the island. She made sure that we also had time to walk around the shops and beach during the tour, which was super nice. The wine and lunch were fantastic as well!

You want this small group wine tour. Cami and her husband are islanders and know everyone. They share info about wine, food and culture and can add a few beach stops should you want to enjoy the ocean. We enjoyed distinctly different vineyards so you have different experiences. And the lunch stop blew my mind. Felt like being in Hawaii without all the bothersome tourists! Be sure to ask for a walk about to the local shops with your morning coffee. And for sure go get some tea for the road (and maybe some jewelry from Timmy Smith). Beyond compare and well worth the time and money. I would get married again just to have a party at the last vineyard! Kidding but you get my point.

I organised for six of us to go on the trip - so the team at The Wine Tasting Company thoughtfully gave us a minibus to oursleves fo rthe day. Visited four lovely wineries on a summy but blustery day and thoroughly enjoyed all four (although a special mention for Casita Miro which was outstanding). Saw more than just the wines - got a flavour of the island too which was lovely. Guide was brilliant and when one of us mentioned they were interested in olive oil, she added an extra stop at an olive tree orchard. Recommneded!

Fantastic way to see some highlights on waiheke island! The wineries we went to has fantastic wine, great scenery, or both! Margo was a fantastic tour guide and helped ensure everyone had a great time! Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Auckland!

Small bespoke tour ( 10 people) with fun facts from our cheerful guide Lydia ( known as Heidi by some of the vineyards) visited 4 vineyard and had a lovely platter. Especially enjoyed the Casita Miro venue which was arty and like nothing we have in Europe, not to mention their rose and fortified wine which is excellent. Also loved MudBrick and StoneyRidge. Strongly recommend!!!

This tour really exceeded our expectations! We want to move to Waiheke now!! Our guide Nydia was terrific. All 4 wineries she took us to were beautiful and had delicious wines. The hosts at each winery were very informative! So glad we chose this tour.

One of the best and most comprehensive wine tours on Waiheke. Heidi give us so much information about the background of each winery and the local owners and the food and wine and produce in the area. She took us to interesting places and was actually more informative about some of the wine industry been the restaurants themselves! This was a special birthday treat for my sister and I could not have asked for a better experience We were spoiled for variety of wine and the delicious lunch. Highly recommended!

Nydia was a lovely host and guide for our tour. She was very knowledgeable of the goings on on the island and always made sure every body was happy and enjoying themselves. Highly recommend this as a great way to see Waiheke Island and taste some great wine & food.

It was fantastic - we had the best time! Waiheke is so beautiful and Heidi was the perfect host and tour guide. She provided a real insight into the Island and its people, the tastings were great and lunch at Batch was wonderful. I highly recommend this tour for anyone that loves wine and especially for cruiseship passengers, we had plenty of time to get over to the Island and back again.

We had a lovely day which started with coffee and ended with wine. The vineyards were great and I'd recommend The Bach in particular. Lunch was fabulous. The only hiccup was missing the ferry - we weren't dropped early enough and it was full ( I notice I'm not the first person to write about this) Keep an eye on time ...

It was myself and my friend's first time doing a wine tour and we had the most lovely experience. We had Heidi as our guide and she was super informative, helpful and kind to have. We went to some awesome places with wonderful service - would recommend to anyone!

Wineries were lovely and all quite unique. Wish we would have stayed on the island overnight. Our tour guide provided interesting information about living on the island which added to the experience.
