Kris and Black Car Transfers & Tours Limited was an absolute pleasure to work with! Kris kept us well informed and updated through emails and text messages so we were never left “wondering” or concerned about anything. Kris was waiting for us as we cleared customs and escorted us to his nice, clean vehicle. He drove safely and was very informative. I highly recommend his service! 5 Starts is not enough for Kris' service, ultimate professional on time, communication was flawless, we needed recommendations on what to do in Aukland and he provided us with great tips and recommendations which we followed on our own time and it went excellent. service was so good, that we ended up opting to book him to drop us off as well, (we had planned on ubering), we needed a recommendation in Australia, and even thouugh he didn't have a direct connection he went out of his way to find us a reputable company, that had the right cars and based on his experience business credentials, we booked them and it was SUPERB! , compared to another company we tried on our own for one trip and it was a plain family minivan, Kris' company and the one he recommended were luxury, comfortable , timely, safe, and cost effective, we'd give 10 starts if possible! one of our flights was cancelled during this trip and honestly not having to worry about the transportation to and from the hotel made it that much easier to deal with it. Almost forgot, we were a family of 3 on a wedding trip, so we had 6 suitcases, Kris' top of the line vehicle is made for this, not like others where we would have sit next to our suitcases. I would recommend without hesitation to anyone traveling to Auckland.

Attractions especially, number one attractions are always a given, however when it comes to finding a driver, you honestly don’t know what to expect. With Kris he Shared his knowledge of New Zealand and the excitement of learning about other countries keeping for a delightful open conversation for a full days tour. Fabulous personal service from Kris who exceeded all of my expectations. I’m a chatty person and we talked about travel all the way to the airport, although I’m quite sure if I hadn’t wanted to talk Kris would have met that need too as he really made it feel as though it was all about me. I travelled in the Lexus and it was pure luxury with bottled water, lollies, tissues and a serviette. Our driver, Kris, was very excellent. He arrived half an hour earlier than expected just to be on time, helped with all the luggage, expertly navigated the streets of Auckland, drove smoothly, and most importantly was very friendly and entertaining. If you absolutely need to be pampered he also stocks his car with water for guests and provides complimentary (I believe, I didn't actually need it) WiFi. I would definitely recommend his services!

We had to book a group transfer from Auckland airport to Rotorua. Black car transfers did justice to the reviews that made us choosing them worth while, the onboard amenities and the constant update on New Zealand by the owner/ chauffeur made our transfer an enjoyable one. Not only does he give excellent service but with a warm, kind, friendly experience he would give to his own family. We were in NZ when our cruise ship was cancelled and the ports were closed. Kris took care of us by giving us a short tour of Auckland and then getting us to the airport to return home to the USA I don't know what we would have done without him. We were leaving Auckland for a cruise and had a lot of luggage so we booked this company based on reviews Kris was terrific to work with. He suggested a larger car to accommodate all the items you need when you are traveling for three weeks. Highly responsive to our contact requests, on time, cold bottle of water waiting, excellent vehicles, great commentary on the way to our hotel. Well worth it. No hassle pick up in a foreign country is always a plus. Highly recommend.

When we arrived at Auckland airport recently, exhausted from the 16 hour flight, we were met by Kris Lal of Black Car Transfers. Having traveled all over the globe and ridden in zillions of airport transfers, we weren't expecting anything memorable. But Kris gave us a fantastic welcome and quick introduction to New Zealand that was far more than we've ever received anywhere else. The conversation was educational and insightful, learning much about New Zealand. The vehicle was comfortable. And the driving was professional. Had we known about Kris prior to landing, we would have booked him for several days of touring while in the Auckland area rather than committing to other excursions through our cruise company. I've used Black Car Transfers for two years on countless occasions. It's an extremely well run operation, that's always punctual with outstanding service. The cars are clean, extremely well appointed (free bottled water, wifi and magazines), and very comfortable (near-new Lexus). I travel a lot around the world, and the service is so good I would rate them six stars if I could.
