We were picked up very promptly considering the amount of traffic at Auckland cruise terminal. The driver was extremely helpful and friendly dropping us promptly off at our hotel. The vehicle was clean and well maintained.
Excellent service with a nice van. Driver was waiting on us as we disembarked. Our driver was able to give us pointers about things to do in Auckland!!
Scheduling the pickup time at the cruise terminal was a problem because we did not know when we could leave the boat or how long it would take to get through customs. Our cell phones would not work.
On time and nice pickup from port. Waited when going through customs took longer than expected. Recommend
The driver was punctual, friendly and communicated early and often. It was a phenomenal experience and made our trip so much easier. Absolutely worth the cost. Would 1000% book again.
Excellent driver, prompt and professional. Very friendly and knowledgeable guide to the city. Top notch.
Extremely favorable experience that made it seamless for me and my family to make it from the cruise ship terminal to our nearby CBD hotel.
It was the best way to move around the city The only thing is that it ended at four o’clock and we needed a little more time
Great communication, on time, very friendly. Clean vehicle. Took charge of luggage at hotel and cruise port.
Wonderful driver. Kept in contact with us from the moment we left the ship until we were ready for pickup. Helped with suitcases both ends of the trip. Rahul was our driver. Highly recommend!

Very informative guide driving us to and from the Hobbiton location and fun guide at Hobbiton, helped everyone take pictures. Walking along footpaths up and down hills, can be sunny and warm, they provide umbrellas to use, if needed
Wonderful! Rahul, our driver, was awesome. He stayed in good communication with us, so we knew exactly when to expect him.
Rahul is an excellent owner/operator. Great communication, arrived on time and very friendly. Would highly recommend.
