Private Auckland Airport Transfer: To/from City Hotels In Minivan

Rahul arrived on time and was friendly, and a great driver. One of our group had a close connection but Rahul got her to the airport in ample time

On time, fast, efficient. Kept communication lines open the entire time. I adapted the pickup times to my needs.

Driver arrived ontime. I had a 6am flight and got to the airport with lots of time. I was picked up in an audi SUV.

THE DRIVER IS 15 MINUTES LATE IN PICKING US UP. He is young and not really experience in dropping the client in the airport because he entered in the parking area of the Auckland airport and when we comfronted him he don t know how to get out of the area. He has to call somebody for help to instruct him .

He picked us up on time and made every effort to let us know where he was. We had him pick us up at Avis after we rented a car since flight was so early. Worked out good

A very easy process. We received a what's app message as soon as we landed and the very professional driver met us as we exited with our bags. A short walk until we reached the very spacious vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about NZ and made our ride enjoyable. Gave us tips regarding what to do over the next couple of days.

Was really impressed with this service. Received an email soon after the booking. The day before I was picked up I was contacted by driver Rahul to confirm details. On the morning he messaged to say when he'd be with me. Picked up on time, vehicle was immaculately clean. Rahul drove safely and was nice company. An asset to the organisation! We booked this service for an airport pickup, but unfortunately the driver did not arrive, and after waiting about 20 minutes, we had to reach out. The company responded and explained honestly that it had been forgotten, offering to send another driver within 20 minutes or provide an immediate refund. I truly appreciated three things: the honesty in admitting the mistake, the quick alternative of arranging another driver, and the immediate willingness to issue a refund. In the end, I chose to cancel and received the refund promptly. While I didn’t get to experience the actual service, I do value transparency and accountability. Because of that, I believe in giving second chances and would consider trying them again in the future.

We appreciated the driver waiting for us even after I did not respond to the message he sent me because I wasn't looking at my phone as we were busy trying to get through customs, collect luggage, and find the meeting point.

We were met at the airport with a very clear sign for our party and the driver handled the baggage cart on the way to the van. The driver was very friendly and gave us some helpful information for things to do in Auckland.

HopinCab is an excellent and efficient service for airport transportation. Rahul was our driver and was waiting on us when our plane arrived an hour late. He assisted with our heavy luggage and drove us to our hotel in a large, clean van. Rahul recommended some great restaurants during our drive and could not have been more pleasant. After flying all night, it was great to have a driver pick us up and bring us to our hotel. Our driver also gave us some recommendations which were appreciated.

We lost a piece of luggage and our driver, Ajyu, was very patient. He actually talked to someone he knew at the information desk who proceeded to find and deliver to us the lost luggage. Also, great communication throughout the process.

Driver didn't wait for us. He left us high and dry to find another transport mode. Evidently they don't check the flight information nor calculate time for clearing immigration. I have requested a refund but have not heard back

Nice car and the driver was nice and friendly. We didn’t get any driver’s info from Viator so we were quite worried about it in the beginning, but the driver finally showed up on time.

Wonderful!! Very nice person!!! Picked us up took us to our hotel. Told us lots of information about NZ. We hired him for a tour around NZ the next day that was fantastic. Today he is by picking us up at our hotel and taking us to our cruise!! So thankful for him

We were greeted on arrival at Auckland just as promised. Expected to be picked up in front of the terminal but instead had to walk 7-8 minutes to a location next to a hotel. The ride from there to our hotel downtown was about 25 mins with a very nice driver

Our driver, Gary sent a text to left me know where he was waiting for us. He found me, before I spotted him, using my avatar. The ride to our hotel was smooth and comfortable and we had a great conversation with him about the area.

We were met on time, and though we had delays clearing customs and immigration in Auckland, the driver contacted us and patiently waited. He drove us to our hotel in a very comfortable large minivan, and on the way told us about local sights to see.

We appreciated that, after we requested clarification, our driver communicated exactly where he would meet us in the AKL terminal area following our clearing customs. Since we faced a lengthy queue in getting processed through the immigration control system, we certainly appreciated that our driver indicated his patience in waiting for us to clear that lengthy process. Our driver was friendly and very helpful with ushering our luggage to his vehicle, which did require some walking distance from the terminal. Since we were challenged in communicating with him through WhatsApp, we certainly appreciated being able to send our messages to him via the trip advisor email link that had been established upon making our reservation. And while the driver had limited English-speaking capabilities, he again seemed very accommodating and eager to provide a pleasing ride to our Auckland Ctr hotel. All in all, we’re very pleased with the service provided, which made for a much more relaxed arrival to Auckland following a very lengthy travel.
