Kris our driver was a little late he was caught up in traffic but kept us informed. He took a shorter route to the airport which made up our time. He was very apologetic we made it to the airport on time. Very nice man would recommend hotel transfer to airport. Much easier then taxi.

When transfer is from Auckland airport the transportation is a very long walk. People with ambulatory problems may have an issue. Our driver was great!

Excellent driver who patiently waited for delayed flight. He communicated via text as we slowly made our way through the immigration process. A word of advice for travelers into New Zealand. Do not bring any food items, so you can go through the Fast nothing to declare line.

Our driver was wonderful, she was there with a sign at the airport and took us to our hotel. She gave us great information on Auckland and New Zealand.

Very helpful and promptly on time for our trip. It was necessary to collect accommodation keys from a different city address (only a short distance from our final destination) that was not an issue to our driver. We were not advised of this requirement until we checked our e-mail on landing in Auckland. Would recommend this option to you in the future for your travel consideration..

First class service from arrival to departure in Auckland. Parked undercover so we missed the torrential downpour!

Driver arrived on time. Drove safely to get us to the airport on time and even showed us a shortcut to get to the terminal. Only item was we had a 4am pickup and never heard from the driver or the company to confirm they would be there at 4am. They arrived on time so no issue but we would have liked to receive acknowledgement of the pick up time. Tour operator said they was in Sydney and couldn't respond in a timely manner. All worked out just some stress on my part not knowing if the driver understood the early pick up time.

We were picked up on time. The driver was very friendly. The driver helped with our cases and dropped us off right at the door.

Went to meet driver at designated area and no driver for our pickup. Called the emergency number and was told no driver responded for pickup! Fell through crack, so sorry, go get a taxi and we will refund money!

Communication was great, making it easy to find her and then helpful to carry our luggage. The car was very clean with bottles of water waiting for us. Good driver.

The driver was amazing! I left something on the plane and had to wait for 40 minutes for the airline to get it to me. The driver, Lily, was very accommodating and changed her schedule so she could wait for us.

At the domestic arrivals , driver was located before luggage carousel. We quickly made phone contact and were on our way to the hotel. Both transfers went smoothly and drivers were very professional and friendly. Easy to make contact!

A gentlemen arrived at our hotel in a large luxury sedan and drove us to the Auckland airport. It was less than an Uber and so much nicer. We had taken airport shuttles as well and for the price, I would recommend this service over them. The driver loaded luggage and we had water waiting in the cabin of the vehicle. Great end of trip ride to the airport!

Meeting spot at AKL airport arrivals clearly marked and convenient. Driver texted when we landed as we were 45 minutes early and updated his location and ETA.

Our driver was not at the “hired transportation” area, but at one of the exits from international. I called the Viator office and said that our driver was not at the airport and he became argumentative. He then followed up with a lengthy text that in 20 years, his people have always been prompt. When I replied that as a traveler, dealing with luggage collection, customers, inspections, in a new country at a new airport and a phone still on “plane mode”, had she been at the proper desk, we would have found her. Then I received a text that he is “black listing my name from ever using Viator again and that he had contacted all Viator people”. A sad reaction to a small problem. Not even a half hearted apology. We’ve always had great results with Viator, but I don’t appreciate being threatened.

Driver met us promptly at the airport. He was accommodating when my wife said she couldn't walk the distance to where he was parked. He could a safe place for us to sit and wait while he got the car. He loaded our bags and helped my wife get in. Car was clean and comfortable and we felt safe during the drive. Overall, the experience met or exceeded my expectations and this was a good decision.

Kris was on time (actually a bit early) for our very early am private transport to the airport. The car was very clean and comfortable and the ride was very comfortable. Kris was very professional and I’d recommend him to others.

Driver didn't show up, didn't respond to calls or texts. Eventually I had to take a taxi. Their office didn't respond to messages via my online account. I had to make an expensive international call, without wifi access outside the airport, to get their office. Extremely disappointing experience after all the follow-up prior to my arrival!

Driver was prompt and waiting outside for us with my name on an electronic sign. Very professional, car was extremely clean! Our driver got lost driving to our hotel due to heavy construction taken place, but he apologized and ensured we made it to our destination. 10/10!! Highly recommend!!
