Our captain was professional and friendly. After moving our sailing several times due to weather, it was worth the weight. We saw dolphins, Penquins, stingrays and sharks. We snokeled, kayaked, and paddle board in addition to our beautiful sail.

Great Day and Service Even though the day was a bit cloudy and windy our hosts, Bruce and Renee provided an exceptional day of fun and siteseeing for us. We went around the Noises Islands and then had lunch in the cove of Rakino. Lunch was a light fare with a fantastic salad and lots of meats and cheeses, pumpkin sourdough bread, hummus, and fresh salmon. We also had sparkling Ice Tea made right on the island! Loved our sailing adventure!

I had a wonderful time on this trip. My friend sand I had the flexibility of choosing where to dock, it was peaceful and good times. Theres a paddle board and kayak, as well as snorkel gear to enjoy. Bruce and Renee are very knowledgeable and helpful

We had a perfect day with Captain Bruce and Renee! They could not have been nicer and more accommodating. We had fun swimming, kayaking, snorkeling, and relaxing on the boat. The lunch spread was a delicious surprise, too. We couldn't have enjoyed this experience more!

Absolutely fabulous day out in the Hauraki Gulf. Snorkeling, paddleboarding, doubles kayak, great food, great boat. The skipper Peter and his assistant, Renee we gracious hosts. We all had an amazing day. Highly recommend this for anyone. We were part of a 21st and it was just a truly wonderful day for us all.

Honestly this was a perfect day. It was my daughter's 21st and Bruce, our skipper, was really experienced which made us all completely relax cos he was all over it - where to go, when to go and he was super flexible with the large'ish group we had. We snorkeled, swam, and floated about on the SUP and the kayak. Such fun and we felt the boat was a perfect size. Renee was fantastic as well and pre-empted everyones needs beautifully. Karen was incredibly helpful in the office and responded quickly and efficiently. Hats off to Terra and Tide - we would go again in a heartbeat! EVERYONE had a wonderful day and my daughter said it was one of the best days EVER!

We had the most extraordinary experience on our boat excursion today. Bruce was an exemplary captain and host and showed us the best time! The boat was beautiful and clean and Bruce provided us with so much information about the islands. He also presented us with the most gorgeous spread for lunch. I would highly recommend working with this company. Five stars!

We had a super trip around Waiheke on the catamaran charter. Bruce and Barbara were fantastic hosts who took great care of us. They provided drinks throughout our trip, and Barbara prepared an amazing platter lunch featuring local produce. The freshly baked bread, salad, salmon, and cheeses were all absolutely amazing. Our trip took us around Waiheke Island and onto some pristine and secluded beaches which can only be accessed by boat.

What a great day with Bruce as a Great host. We could go where we wanted, had a nice lunch and a swim to a nice beach. The wind came up so we could actually sail which was nice of course Top day

We went on a private charter sailing cruise the first day we arrived from the US. It was a great entree to our vacation in New Zealand. Beautiful day relaxing on the boat and hiking through the bush. Perfect way to experience the gorgeous landscape and relax after our long flight. The captain and crew were wonderful helping us to learn about NZ. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch on board. Everyone throughly enjoyed our adventure.

A Wonderful Tour, Amazing Hours with the Perfect Guide. The Tour on the Island was also very interesting and we recommend this Tour to everybody for a Unique experience. Thanks a Lot ! we will Definitely come back.

My wife and I had the BEST day out on the water with Bruce this February. We booked rather last minute, but Bruce and Gabrielle were incredibly accommodating and provided the absolute best experience. The boat is beautiful and very comfortable, Bruce was a great guide not only as boat captain of the catamaran, but also of the dinghy – make sure to ask him to take you into the cave at Otata Island (I think that was the one). The prepared lunch was also delicious and fresh, we were really impressed. All around 10/10, beyond worth it – it was our honeymoon and filled with great days, but this was and remains our favorite day of the trip!

We had the best tour. We started sailing and went to a beautiful island and hiked around and then had lunch and sailed back. It was just wonderful and we loved it

The best boat trip that we have ever done ! Have done it twice now with family and friends. Gabrielle and Bruce looked after us exceptionally well with delicious food platters, sumptuous bbq (lamb !!), excellent seamanship, etc. Thoroughly recommended to anyone thinking of a special day on the water !!

We boarded the catamaran the same day that we arrived in New Zealand from the US. It was a perfect way to start our vacation. Stopping at remote islands, we listened to and identified the birds we would hear throughout the rest of our trip. It was also a sweet introduction to some of the local flora. We all enjoyed the best charcuterie tray in New Zealand with our lovely host and hostess. Such a pleasure!

Fantastic time cruising around with Terra and Tide, on the Pacific Star catamaran, with our family. The boat was great: clean, safe, spacious, all the amenities. The crew were even better: super friendly, informative, courteous, professional, and just fun! Lots of great stories about locals, the islands, the fisheries, restoration, real estate, and more. Had a fantastic time, would highly recommend to all! Lastly: they did a great job accommodating our kids, with safety equipment, your adjustments, snacks, and more. Thank you!

Quick communicators, seamless day, easygoing, and great lunch - can't ask for much more! They even helped us prepare some uni from sea urchins we caught while snorkeling / paddle boarding.

Ability to snorkel, swim, snack , sun-bake at will for 4 hrs in the bay with the luxury deck and kitchen right there in the middle of the water.

Gabrielle and Bruce hosted our boisterous team of ten with finesse and grace. Bruce (mostly) managed the yacht while Gabrielle attended to us. Aside from swimming, sailing, stand up paddleboarding and singing, we drank a lot of exceptionally good champagne, complemented by their beautiful cuisine. Nothing was too much trouble. We had such an enjoyable time and thoroughly recommend Terra and Tide. We'll be booking again next year for sure.

Bruce and Gabrielle hosted our group of friends on the Hauraki Gulf for the America’s Cup. It was a fabulous experience right from the start - they were warm and welcoming and got us all settled in before we got underway. They know great spots to anchor up and head for a swim or a SUP before putting on an amazing lunch that covered all our dietary requirements. To top it off, getting to watch the Cup race with Bruce and Gabrielle helping us understand what’s going on was a bonus. The boat is great - lots of spaces to enjoy the cruise, including up on the top deck, as well as space down below to stretch out and snooze. We will be back for more!

Such an amazing experience. We chartered the boat for friends for my 50th. Gabrielle and Bruce were awesome to deal with. Friendly, professional and accommodating. The food was also incredible. The whole experience was such a blast that I think we will do it again ( and again).
