This was an awesome experience! The ride was beautiful and the staff recommendations were spot on. They were super nice as well. All in all, visitors can expect a gorgeous ride that requires lots of photos to be taken. And please stop at a winery—we enjoyed throughly!

This was a great way to explore the island but it was not an easy ride because of the hills and we are experienced e bike riders. Loved having the freedom to go and do on our own time

I got off the ferry and walked straight over to the rental kiosk. I was helped by Max--he provided a map, explained the typical route, and made notes on his recommendations based upon my feedback. I was paid and out the door in 5 minutes. Conrad helped me get set up on the bike and I was off. the entire process was as painless I could have hoped for and the service was really much better than I ever expected.

Max behind the counter super helpful, bike’s start and end times just about right for the length of journey, also helps to have a lock so you can stop and get a brew 🍻

I thoroughly enjoyed my e-bike experience on Waiheke Island. The booking and return process was seamless and well explained. Beyond the logistics, the pure joy of cycling across the island was incredible. At your Leisure, you can stop whenever you like and lock your bike (though it’s a very safe island). Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Awesome day out. Use the recommended App for guidance to find all the great stops on the way. Food, wine , beaches and great views. Do everything at your own pace. 100% the best day out and easy work with E-bikes doing the work for you.

Great experience. Easy getting the bikes right at the ferry dock. These are assisted bikes and there are a lot of hills on Waiheke. So, just know you will be biking! This isnt an easy walk in the park. The app drained our battery super quickly and we did have to power up with a battery bank half way throughout the day. But to experience the island on your own time and still get some physical activity, this is the way to go.

It was great, even thought they are electric bikes they are pedal assist and there are a lot of hills, so you will still have a good workout.

We were staying in Auckland for the week and wanted a day on Waiheke. The ebikes were the perfect way to see the island on our own schedule, plus hit a few tastings. When we checked in, we were given a marked map with verbal descriptions of the different offerings. After an introduction to the bike and a practice lap around the parking lot, we were off. The island is hilly but the ebikes made the ride very manageable, even for our non-rider. We stopped for a few tastings and snacks, plus for photos of the outstanding views. At the recommendation of the staff, after we dropped the bikes we walked up to Mudbrick Winery for a sunset drink. It was a perfect end to our Waiheke tour!

Exceptionally friendly service and great care taken to show us how to operate the bikes and get help if needed. Thorough route-mapping advice. Wonderful day out and would do it again. Excellent business!

We were met at the desk and they checked out the ability of the grandson to handle the bike. It went smoothly and the rental was great. Bikes were all in great shape and we had a wonderful day.

Great experience and lots of fun. We’ve written on E bikes before and the roads can be a little intimidating. Beautiful Sites and experience! The crew at the bike stand was very professional and made sure you understood the Bike and its operation as well as the roads on the island. 👍😎👍

The attendants at the shop were helpful and friendly. They made sure we were carefully briefed on the e-bikes and provided us with a detailed map of our itinerary.

Loved the freedom to go where we wanted and spend as much time or not where we wanted. A big piece of advice: USE THEIR APP TO TAKE YOU ON THE SELF-GUIDED TOUR. It covers all areas, it doesn’t burn your phone battery up, and you can pause it and spend time in between stops for as long as you want. Their app was SUPER helpful, even telling you things about the area and the places on the “tour”. Also, the people on the island were so friendly and more than willing to help and provide suggestions on the best things to see. We picked up our bikes around 10am and didn’t return until 5pm and we didn’t get to see everything. I definitely recommend spending the day so you can walk the beaches/trails, have a relaxed lunch on the beach AND time to try a couple of wineries or the distillery.

Great all day bike rental. They give you suggested stops and a helpful map / app that shows different restaurants beaches and more.

You should Have some level of physical Fitness, But the experience was great. Plenty of time to stop and experience the island along the way.

Waiheke Island is beautiful and worth the trip. The pickup point is right at the ferry terminal, so that was very convenient and the staff was great getting us ready to go. There is an app you can download with the recommended route; our problem was that our phone died and we had to resort to using the physical map, which wasn't great. We got lost a couple of times and wound up riding a lot more miles than we expected to. The route is pretty hilly and we were exhausted by the time we finished, despite the help from pedal assist. So make sure your phone is fully charged and you should have a great time!

Bikes were in excellent condition, the staff were very friendly and instructive, and exploring the 5 bays route was a so easy and enjoyable.

The map the gave us for the 5 Bays loop was perfect! It was so beautiful and the suggestion to download their app was a good one as you learned a bit of history along the way. The staff was very helpful and friendly and showed us all sorts of highlights on the map. It was the perfect day!

It was a great trip. The staff were really helpful and gave us plenty of suggestions on where to stop for food and drink. Also the app was great and easy to use. Definitely book again!

We have rented e-bikes in a lot of places around the world and this was one of our favorites! The bikes were very easy to use. We loved the phone holder and bike bag as not a lot of other places have those included. If you had never e-bikes ridden bikes before or had little experience on regular bikes I might caution this as your first go given the hills and right corners around the island but if you’re up for a little challenge, it’s 1000% worth it! The views are stunning and being able to stop on a whim was awesome! We stopped at Casita Miro - highly recommend!! Next we went to Heke, The Wild, and Batch. We loved them all! The views at Batch are unmatched but the hill to get there is brutal 😂 we would absolutely recommend this adventure!!

We brought along a blanket, towels and swim suits. Don’t forget your H2O. We had a great intro from Javier He got us going on a beautiful trip around the island. Gorgeous bays/beaches. Lovely view points. We enjoyed lunch at Alibi. Great food/drink and vineyard views. Excellent day!

The bikes were good. They did tell me we would be riding mostly on the road and it's not highly traveled by cars. That wasn't true and the street bike lanes were very thin. Other than that, it was a fun day!

First we took the wrong ferry to Waiheke Island but the owner of the bike company came and picked us up and got us set up. Professional team.

Company was very nice, very helpful with mapping on phone and paper. Electric bikes good. They were happy to suggest things that we had interest in and where… picnic and where to get food, swimming and what places were good for us. We loved Palm Beach! The phone map was very good. We would say biking experience necessary especially if not used to left side of street direction…many ups and downs, twisting roads…various road conditions re traffic and terrain. Beautiful views everywhere. We loved it!

Waiheke is a beautiful island and ebikes are a great way to explore it. I would definitely rent from this company again. The employees are very friendly, kind, knowledgeable, helpful and professional.

We have rented bikes around the world and our experience with e-bike Waiheke was the best we’ve ever had. The bikes were in excellent condition. They had lots of staff available to ensure a quick and seamless check-in, that we were properly fitted for our bikes, and had what we need for an enjoyable day. Their self guided app had all the details you needed to have a wonderful day on the island at your own pace. And if all that wasn’t enough, I left my sandals next to my bike at checkout and did not realize it until I was on the ferry back to Auckland.They went above and beyond and a staff member personally brought them on the next ferry so I could get them back! Wonderful overall experience and a great way to see the island.

After we were given the bikes at the Ferry terminal, my wife was not comfortable riding the bikes on the roads so she decided not to ride. They refunded us the money in three days.

Excellent way to explore the island on your own time and at your own speed. Detailed route and beautiful scenery. The most flexibility on how you spend your day. Highly recommend!

Overall, this was a fun experience. Staff were super helpful, ebikes worked great and they have an app which guides you turn by turn on a beautiful loop around the island. Don't expect many bike lanes on the roads, so be careful riding Pedal, pedal, pedal!

This company is top notch. Max helped us with everything … setting up our app, restaurants, bikes, etc. The bikes were in great shape and looked very new. We did the self-guided e-bike tour.

Excellent Service. Great bikes. Great employees. Great maps, both digital and hard copy. Great location.... stepped off the Ferry and into the rental shop. Very convenient. Everything went smooth as silk. The ride route was spectacular and the recommended stops were too. 100% satisfied.

We had a great day riding the 5 bays. A good amount of exercise and a boost of power when needed. Lots of places to stop and take in the scenery.

Would highly recommend. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and provided great ideas to explore the Island and places to eat. Bikes were in good condition, decent charge for a 4-hour round trip, and handled the hills well. All in all a great day out!

The staff at the Waiheke ferry terminal were so helpful changing our reservation and suiting us with our bikes. Though they provided the app and a map of our trip, we still missed some of our roads. Call it a new journey as one is never lost on an Island! Well worth the money and the bikes worked great!

Whether we were cruising past beaches, rolling through lush countryside, or navigating scenic hilltops, every stretch of the journey was fun. If you’re visiting Waiheke and want a memorable way to explore, I can’t recommend an e-bike ride enough. It’s easy, eco-friendly, and incredibly rewarding — truly one of the highlights of our trip! 🚲🌿✨

Great staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. Bikes are well-maintained and well-equipped. We had a bit of rain but the ride was fun nonetheless.
