Our driver was right on time picking us up from our hotel. The only thing he did not communicate that he would be dropping off passengers at the domestic terminal first but otherwise great service.
We had a confirmed pick up time for 4:45AM in an email reply and a message on the via your app. The driver showed up at 3:45AM we were not ready as that was not the agreed pick up time. All the other passengers got angry and annoyed at my partner and I. The driver made us feel very uncomfortable. I would highly not recommend this company to anyone.
Convenient and easy pick up from hotel to airport. I would recommend booking through Viator which made booking the transfer easy. Customer service at Viator was excellent when we had questions regarding pick up time since we were not going to the airport to catch a flight but picking up our rental car which we booked through Viator as well.

Do not book this company , there were over 20 mins late to pick me up and didn't communicate this with me, I tried to contact them and they did not respond which as this is an airport transfer both led to a lot of stress and the concierge advising I get a taxi as they had left pickup far too late to arrive in time at the airport , as he has more local knowledge than I do I took this advice , I ended up paying for a transfer ( as they have at no point offered a refund even though I did not use the service ) and the taxi also which was $90 , I have raised this with them with just a response telling me that the driver did arrive late and I had left the hotel , which is what I had already told them , customer service is terrible and I am now really out of pocket so should have just got a taxi / Uber in the first place. Absolute waste of money and additional stress that I didn't need before a long flight
I took a shuttle with driver, Jes, from Albany to Auckland Domestic terminal to return to my home in Blenheim. I couldn't have chosen a more careful coach driver, nor someone as pleasant as Jes. He was extremely courteous, and when his next fare, an "impaired" fragile older woman, boarded, he was very mindful of her condition and helped her safely to her seat. Her subsequent outburst did not phase him and I commend him on treating this lady with dignity in spite of her offensive demeanor. The customer service was terrible. No compassion whatsoever so ever and I work in the field so the way the driver spoke to me as if we were a big inconvenience was upsetting. It’s ok for them to cancel according to their agreement but we were exactly 5 minutes late … he could see us and still pulled away. We had even called ahead of time to advise that the ferry was coming in a little late. The booking was 2:45 we got there 2:50 and watched him pull away !! The lady we called had no empathy and just kept quoting the agreement . So they refuse to refund payment for 5 passengers. Not a people friendly company, would not recommend.
Shuttle arrived right on scheduled time. Never seen this before. They pull a small enclosed trailer where they put your luggage instead of cramming it in the back of the van. That was nice.

This is a great carrier, that you should seriously consider. Our driver picked up passengers at three different locations, and then carefully dropped us off at the appropriate terminal at the airport.
We had booked our Super Shuttle transfer for a mid morning transfer to the airport. When we arrived in Auckland we were found that our flight had been changed to a very early departure. After sorting out our flight we were in contact with Super Shuttle and they were able to seamlessly arrange for a new pick up time. We were transported to the airport without any problems.
Driver was late in picking us up. We called and were told it showed we were already picked up, even though we were outside 20 minutes before our designated pick up time with no shuttle coming by.
Excellent transfer service. Used the shuttle in Auckland and Wellington and superb efficient service every time. Such a reasonable price and helpful drivers. Straightforward booking service and if amendments needed a simple phone call takes care of it. Thoroughly recommend.

It's nice to find a company that cares for it's customers not just the money. I had scheduled my pickup at 8 and listed my flight number. That evening I received a call stating the flight i listed left at 2. They assisted me with rescheduling my trip into the airport. I could have missed my flight without their call.

We wait for more than 2 hrs at the Auckland international airport because there was no clear instructions on where to wait for the shuttle and what was the sign on the shuttle. I had make sure multiple calls to get the accurate information.

I was in a pedestrian street. So I wrote a message by mail and by Phone because I did not want to Phone (my english is not enough good to understand in phone). Nobody answered me. I had to ask someone to call for me. So bad.
I was charged USD 44 for 2 pax when I booked through Viator. When the local transport picked us up, it was clearly displayed on their van that the cost was NZD 20 (USD 12) per pax! I really felt being ripped off, just because I trusted Viator to provide competitive services.

Driver was pretty abrupt ... though mainly with other passengers. While it was not his fault that construction at the airport prevented him from a closer drop off, he wasn't very informative about that either.
I received advance notification of my pick up location and time, my shuttle arrived on time, great service and co-ordinated pick up planning of various passengers. I arrived at Auckland domestic airport with time to spare. Thank you.
I confirmed the pickup time with an agency operator by phone two days before. They even forwarded me the time via Viator's "talk to the operator" function. On the day of pickup, no one came. I waited 10 minutes before the pickup time and waited 10 minutes more. Ultimately, I had to call Uber to get to the airport. I got Viator's operator involved, but they could not reach the agency either. Terrible and unprofessional. Do not risk taking their shuttle service to the airport. It's not worth it, especially to the Auckland airport, because customs takes at least 2 hours. If you are late, you are likely to miss the plane.
I booked the shuttle service on behalf of my mum. She was picked up on time by the friendly driver (didn't get his name unfortunately). When her flight was suddenly cancelled just as they were arriving at the airport, the driver helped her book a return trip back to my place and made sure she got on the new shuttle safely. He was super helpful and understanding, as my mum got a bit distressed and didn't know what to do. Thank you so much to this kind person!
