Nice tour. The city tour is fairly brief, but provides the highlights and ideas for further exploration after the tour. During hr wine tour, the stop at Kumeu River, whose wines are not easy to find internationally, was great, as was the visit to the Wine Cottage. The Gannett colony visit was also nice.

What a great time our group had..saw some great scenery and the wine tasting was very nice..had a good choice of red and whites to taste…wonderful and very informative drivers..well done!
Good views of the city. The wine tour was great. Our guide, Jason was knowable and we were not hurried.
The day started with a hotel pickup by our driver/guide Wayne. Once we got started, Wayne narrated interesting facts and history about Auckland. He shared stories and pointed out places of interest. During our stops, Wayne made himself available for any questions or for causal conversations. Throughout the morning, Wayne maintained a wonderful sense of humor and kept everyone in a good mood. Late in the morning, Wayne dropped us off to join the afternoon wine tour and lunch with Mairi. Mairi was pleasant and personable. She mentioned that this was her first time leading this particular tour. You could not tell because she handled things well. Our tour group really got along well. We had a great time together and enjoyed a fine lunch at one of the wineries. Mairi shared information and answered questions as we went along. We headed back late in the afternoon. Everyone expressed how much they enjoyed the tour led by Mairi. If you are considering a wine tour in Auckland, consider this one.
Meredith was our city guide and she was fantastic! We learned a lot about the area and she was so fun and patient with everyone. We had Erin for the wine tasting portion and she was wonderful. It was a great day all around.
Everything was as described - no surprises, which is always nice. The guide was very informative - and provided a lot of insight into the area, the culture, the people. I learned a lot of the history. The vineryards were spectacular. I highly recommend this tour!
The whole trip was memorable. The guides were most informative and helpful throughout. The city tour took us to every part and the winery tour, including lunch, eas superb.
Bush and Beaches were the best - Auckland city tour and Kumeu wine tour. Both were exceptional and very interesting! Full of facts, fascinating scenery, and informative - especially on the wine tour.
This is a great combination - an interesting tour around Auckland and then out in the countryside to visit three lovely wineries. Lunch was great and the wineries were all worth visiting. I highly recommend this excursion.
Fantastic tour with knowledgeable and entertaining guides the whole way! I did the city tour part with Alex and the winery tour with Kelley. Both were outstanding and made the tour lots of fun. I would do this tour again and recommend this to anyone who loves wine and interested in knowing more about Auckland and New Zealand.
This winw tour was excellent. The lunch included was delicious. The tour guide Max was exceptional! highly recommended!
We had a fabulous day with Murray.. Friendly and informative. All intetactions with Bush & Beach have been friendly and efficient.
Our host did an amazing job and provided us with all the best views throughout the winery tour. The wine itself was excellent, and it’s clear that the owners of each winery take a lot of pride in their work. Highly recommend!
Wonderful way to spend the afternoon on a rainy day - our guide was fantastic, the wine was lovely, and the lunch was tasty!
Alex, our driver/tour guide was fantastic. Knowledgeable, articulate and kind. The view from Mt. Victoria was amazing, as was the lunch at Soljans Winery (try the Croatian dish if it is available — Yum!) John at Coopers Creek was especially nice, and the Coopers Creek Gold Dessert Wine was outstanding. Over all, the tour gave us the opportunity to experience the variety of wines of Kumeu. Thanks again. Ken & Dinah
This tour can be divided into two parts: the morning city tour and the afternoon wine tour. Both guides, Jason and Alex, were great. The tour is operated by Bush and a beach tours here in Auckland and the company has an excellent reputation. From the moment we were picked up in the morning, we knew we were in excellent hands. The city tour was very well paved with great stops and great information presented. The afternoon tour to the three vineyards was loads of fun and informative. The three vineyards were excellent. It was a great day out!
I had a great time. The tour guides were very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the winery tours in particular.
We used this company for the above tours as well as a trip to Hobiton. The weather was rainy but our guides were cheerful, resourceful in working around the weather and extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Sean, our guide for the wine tour shared his extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna of New Zealand as well as squiring us to the vineyards. He made an extra effort to take us on short detours along the coast and into a forested area to show us examples of the vegetation and coastal birds and cliffs. His friendliness put us at ease and his expertise was impressive. Wayne, our guide to Hobiton had an endless store of funny stories as well as knowledge of the countryside so that the fairly long trip passed quickly. Stefan had to contend with heavy rain and fog during the Auckland tour but was able to do work arounds. This company uses smaller vehicles so the groups are smaller as well. The staff is also smaller with the guides having good relationships with each other and a clear respect for their owner/boss. They won a significant award for the best new Small business last year. All in all, very happy with our experience over two days. Full marks to Bush and Beach.

Very good overview City tour of Auckland in the morning. Great opportunity to tour the City Center, the Harbor area and several of the adjacent neighborhoods. The afternoon wine tour with three stops was outstanding. The staff at each was quite knowledgeable about their wines and food pairings. The highlight of the afternoon was a stop at the cliffs on the west shore to see the gannet and tern colonies starting their annual egg hatchings. Great introduction to Auckland for newcomers to NZ
