Super Shuttle was waiting when we arrived. Driver didn’t use the bar code; he took down the reference number. We waited in the van for about 10 minutes before leaving. Van had 1 other couple.
Pick up outside airport at super shuttle rank. Shuttles leave every 10 min whether full or just one person. Friendly driver, smooth ride.

Outstanding service! I did not see the email that requested that I text the tour operator when we cleared customs. The tour operator was still there waiting for us, which we really appreciated, even though we were delayed going through customs! It was very quick, easy and most of all convenient to have our transportation already waiting for us outside the airport. We would highly recommend this tour operator. There was enough room for our family of 4 adults and all our suitcases and backpacks.

Many thanks as I was late coming out of the terminal and missed my booking . When I finally got to the pickup point the shuttle had left. There was another driver there who was going in a different direction but he rang thru to ensure someone would collect me as it was late at night .

Everything went smoothly. After customs just walk outside following the sign "Supershuttle". They sent a msg asking to confirm I am out of customs and they were waiting there. Several ppl joined on the same shuttle. Everything went well. Good price.

This is a great service. It's a couple of hundred yards from the terminal and then door-to-door to the hotel. The driver was very helpful with our luggage and did an excellent job bringing us to our place.

P/u point is a bit of a hike, and we would have had a problem finding it if the driver hadn't texted us while we were getting baggage to say "go to the far left" gate 11 (we came out at the left "end" which was gate 8, so we had to figure it out. Driver did connect with us while we were going through customs/baggage, etc and that was very helpful.

Signage from baggage claim is very good and the drivers are very friendly. The reservation system is very easy online.
Was somewhat lead to believe this would be a private transport but it was not, we were in a van with 5 other groups. It was also extremely difficult to find out of the airport and the van almost drove off without us. For same price as an Uber I will definitely book an Uber next time. Don’t recommend.

We were dropped off at the accommodation and wrong street. We booked to go back to the airport and was not picked up at designated time. We caught a public bus. Wasted $36. Would not recommend this service

They charged us almost double the price compared to a regular shuttle bus or Uber. Don’t pre book. Just get uber from airport.
We booked and paid for our shuttle online seamlessly. When our plane arrived we had already received a text from the driver asking us to confirm as soon as we were clear of customs. We did so and found the shuttle parked soon after. Our driver was very friendly and invited us to board. We seemed to be the only passengers at this hour of the morning and he took us straight to our destination. For us this was a perfect end to our journey, easy, convenient and pleasant. Taxi service at the international airport needs to be revamped. One has to walk about 500 meters with all luggage to get to the taxi stand. Be prepared for refusal as many a taxi drivers dictate their own terms and not helping with the traveler. Drivers refused to take you on board if you accompany 2-3 bags. They are not helping to bring down an alternate transport either. The worst is supervisor engaged by the Auckland Airport Authority is useless. He does not help travelers to sort out their transport needs. One of the supervisors appeared to be uncomfortable in the use of English who has decided to remain in silent and not helping the visitor. It is important that authorities look into this matter as a priority and assist sort out for the good of the tourists and residents. The write has sent a mail to the authority making a complain about the problem which has never been acknowledged.
A very convenient way to travel from Auckland Airport into the city. The driver contacted us with his location with clear directions. A comfortable vehicle which saw us at our hotel in no time.
Used for both from/to AKL Airport transfer for 2 people, Pick-up at Airport was easy. Walk out to SuperShuttle stand right out side of arrivals. Driver was waiting for us, had our name, and loaded our luggage. Waited a few minutes for a few other people, but we were off within 10 minutes. Drop off was right at our hotel in CBD near ferries. Return was similar, but we had more of a wait at a few stops as other passengers were late. Cost was 40 $NZ each way ($20/pp) for about a 30 min ride. Dropped off right in front of terminal. Would use again.

Make sure the transfer company and Viator are the same page. The transfer company could not find my confirmation # in their records, even though it was paid and ready for my pick up. It is not something you want to go through after a 15 hour flight. Thank god it was resolved

We booked the shuttle and from the airport in advance were very happy with the service. The drivers are prompt and professional and all you need to do is sit back and relax. The price is really reasonable for NZ too.
