I didn’t actually have any idea of who to expect, but being a big rugby fan this was a must. Wasn’t a huge site but we had fun. My tactical skills were left wanting and my ball skills non existent. But who cares, it’s fun!

Very informative tour and fun. Ruben our tour guy was great. Didn't know much or anything about Rugby but definitely know alot now.
This was an amazing guided tour and the halls you get to see for both men's AND women's teams was amazing! Ben was an incredible guide!
Great experience. Made me proud to call myself a Kiwi. Goosebumps all round a few times. Hakas by both the men and women were amazing. Highly recommended.
Really interesting tour with the interactive activities throughout a real his with my 8 year old son. Everyone on our tour commented on the intensity they felt from facing the HAKA and the kids had a ball playing against the skills and agility challenge activities! Such a fun family outing!
not a big rugby fan but really enjoyed the experience. Ben our guide was very good. Even better I beat my husband in the passing game
Absolutely excellent made so buy our young guide, he was so informative. We did the 12 o clock meeting on October 3rd 26. Really great fun
This is something I've waited to experience for a long time but never got round to it. I now wish I'd done it sooner! It was one of the most authentic and entertaining experiences I've done in a long time. Highly recommended!
This excursion is well worth your time and money! We didn’t know much about rugby going in but this experience has made me a HUGE All Blacks and All Blacks Ferns fan! These New Zealand teams are truly the best in the world. We were left in awe of the incredible men and women that make up these teams. There are games to play to judge your skill and knowledge of rugby. You can try your skill at kicking and throwing a rugby ball. Spoiler alert, it is not as easy as it looks!
A great experience. We had a fantastic guide very knowledgeable but also made it fun and interacted with the audience throughout. As well as listening to the guide there a short films to watch and interactive experiences throughout the tour. I would highly recommend.
The tour guide was great and some of the exhibits were interesting but others weren't relevant (tapping balls on a screen?) or were overdone (the Haka doesn't need booming drums.) I imagine this would've been a lot more interesting in a large group but there was only 3 people on the tour I did so the games were a little lacklustre.
Amazing experience, even if you don’t follow Rugby you will still enjoy it. There is a history and culture that you also learn. Our guide was brilliant, he used humour as he spoke making everyone laugh.
Wow absolutely awesome! The guide was the best! I took my elderly parents as my mum’s father (my Poppa) was an All Black in 1945. We got to get a photo of poppas name on the wall. This was truly a moving experience I had a year or two sitting in the locker booth watching past legends speak about how they felt wearing the jersey.
Our family of 4, including a 15 year old girl and 17 year old boy, enjoyed this experience. Let me start by saying that we knew NOTHING about rugby or the All Blacks. It really gave us a feeling of how highly regarded the team is in New Zealand and gave us knowledge of the sport. We all had a blast in the interactive experience at the end. My son and daughter even got a little competitive on the speed section. I was very impressed by the Haka and honoring of the Indigenous. We were not able to see an All Blacks game, but we did see the Tall Blacks and seeing the Haka live was fantastic. All in all, I suggest if for a fun way to learn a bit about the local team, or, as for us, a bit about the sport!
A must-do visit for any rugby supporters, especially if you are an All Blacks or Black Ferns fans. A good learning history of how it all started and how much it means to be an All Blacks or Black Fern player. Love the interactive experience part of the tour. And don't leave without stopping at the All Blacks shop for apparels or anything related to New Zealand rugby. Highly Recommended.
This tour is set up in such a cool way! Very interactive and keeps you totally engaged. We loved it!
Was really worth visiting and thoroughly enjoyed it, even if you’re not a rugby fan and just a sports fan!
Excellent front desk woman (who also took the group on the tour) was a good PR start. Tour well structured with a variety of presentations/activities and balanced information - no overload or tortuous statistics. Tour leader was conscious of those with English as a second language and those with infirmities. Good not to have an oversell on merchandise/souvenirs. A worthwhile experience/tourist/rugby fan event.
Was so good to hear not just the success (achievements) the the why (culture) As an already very proud New Zealander, it reaffirmed that it is a nation that stands together. Then to put skills into practice.
If you are a Rugby fan then I recommend it
A great experience, really well constructed and delivered. Terrific insights into the decades of pride and strength in the All Blacks and Black Ferns jerseys. A bit tough to weather the Wallabies banter, but you have to give full credit to their dominance.
If you love rugby, you’ll love this. Liam was so enthusiastic and engaging, with outstanding knowledge of players past and current. It was lovely to see the value they also placed on the Black ferns.
It was very cool to learn about the spirit of the NZ All Blacks and feel the Haka. Loved learning and playing along.
We had an enjoyable experience overall. The guide was pleasant and engaging, which really added to the atmosphere. It felt like a unique activity, with some fun interactive elements that made it more memorable. That said, we did feel it was a bit on the expensive side for what was offered.
Not as detailed of insight into the All Blacks as expected/desired. Interactive games were nice and fun although 1 didn't operate correctly.
The staff were lovely and welcoming and the guide was good. However, the "experience" itself was underwhelming. Watched videos of players and coaches speaking about their experiences while sitting in a "changing room", walked through a corridor which showed how teams had fared in world cups, and ended up with an option to participate in a few interactive activites at the end. Quite superficial. The only interesting thing was watching the Haka being performed by the men's and women's teams on a large screen. Definitely not worth $69 per person.
I wasn't too keen to do this but went as son had recommended it and we had a great time. Much better than I had anticipated - lots of fun and had a great tour guide. Interactive and interesting but also a lot of fun. Recommended
We loved our visit here and we felt the passion and spirit that is the All Blacks. Our guide Liam was fantastic. Thoroughly recommended.
A great value and expertly led tour that lasts for an hour. So many different experiences throughout the time and our guide Ben was full of information about this amazing team. A well stocked gift shop with plenty to choose from. I would thoroughly recommend this tour.
If you are in Auckland this is an absolute must do. It shows the culture of Rugby in New Zealand and why it is such an integral part of kiwi life. @experienceallblacks
Whether you are a dyed-in-the-wool fan or a neophyte, this one-hour tour or “experience” gives you the inside look into the history and enduring culture of New Zealand’s world-famous sporting team. Even if you don’t know anything about rugby, you might become a rugby fan after this, if for no other reason than to watch the All Blacks play. The tour guide showed us the test match wall with all of the winners since the game’s inception, we got to sit in a replica of the changing rooms and, last but not least, we had a front row seat to the Haka performed by both the men’s and women’s teams. There are many photo opportunities, as well as a fully-stocked gift shop.
This was a last-minute experience I booked on my last day in Auckland/New Zealand. I really wish I could have experienced seeing the All Blacks or the Black Ferns play, but this was the next best thing. The curation of immersive video and participating in skills games offered a unique perspective into what it's like being on the rugby teams. Our guide, Ben, was so lovely and very engaging, sharing his vast knowledge of New Zealand and its love of Rugby through the All Blacks and the Black Ferns. Both teams have gained a new fan!
Great experience even if you dont know much about Rugby! The Haka part will give you chills and the games at the end are really fun. Great guide too
Our family has always been a “rugby” family so the chance to visit the All Blacks experience was not to be missed . Very interactive with lots to do that would appeal to all ages . Our group ranged from couples, young families and senior citizens ( us!) with visitors from across the globe. Our host Christian was very enthusiastic. We loved the Haka . Very good to see the ladies get as much coverage as the men during the tour .
I knew nothing about rugby before visiting this place. It was absolutely wonderful! The tour was very informative and interactive Our guide did a great job. Perfect place for families to visit!
Great fun! Love anything sports and this did not disappoint! Our guide Rueben was engaging and great fun! Highly recommend for couples and families alike !
Great experience and Cess was a fantastic guide. Highly recommended!! You don’t need to be a rugby fan to enjoy this experience.
I thought this experience was well put together, it was set up so you really gained an appreciation for the importance and national pride that Kiwi's have for the Blacks. I would recommend this.
The All Blacks Experience was good fun and a great way to learn more about NZ rugby. My partner and I are rugby fans (him far more than me) and we had a great time here. Our guide Linda (I’m hoping I’ve remembered her name correctly) was hugely knowledgable about rugby and was very charming — she made the tour!
A fantastic tour. Really informative and the interactive elements are excellent and enjoyable. You can feel the passion from the tour guides. Overall, a must visit even if you are not a big rugny fan.
Really knowledgeable guide and great use of technology to bring the stories and information to life.
Did this tour on a recent visit to Auckland. Very good tour, both informative and entertaining. The interactive part in mid tour was good fun and we got to meet a former All Black in the dressing room area (not sure if this is normal or not). The games at the end were great. We only had 6 people in our group so had plenty opportunities to practice my throwing and kicking. If you're in Auckland, its worth taking a couple of hours out of your day to do this.
What a great experience. We are so pleased we decided to do the guided tour. The tour guide was great fun, very knowledgeable and provided some really interesting facts. The interactive parts really add to the experience and the games at the end are excellent. I would thoroughly recommend.this.
I highly recommend this experience to all sports' fans but specially to rugby fans obviuosly. It's fun, moving and passionate. We were around 20 people of different nationalities, playing and competing together for over an hour. The fee could be somewhat lower but is reasonable, and the staff very kind and passionate.
Informative, fun and interactive. I learned a lot and I had a chance to really understand what it feels like to be an All Black. Our guide was really nice and full of interesting stories! Definitely worth a visit!
Really interesting to learn about the history of the All Blacks -really well presented by Reuben. Lots of interactive activities and skill testing -I think I need to work on my throw Ins! Loads of fun , but, makes you appreciate that rugby is so deep rooted in their culture ! A great couple of hours !
Our tour guide Ruben made the tour fun and interesting. You could hear the passion in his voice. The interactive sections gave us all a light hearted bit of competitiveness. It is well structured and informative
I was curious to discover the All Blacks' world as this team is known worldwide, with something magical when you hear about them. I had a great moment, learnt things and experimented Haka in front of the teams. I recommend it.
Interesting and lots of fun! The All Blacks and Black Ferns hakas were great. We also enjoyed the interactive activities.
Very informative and Cees? was great. Also met Michael Jones legendary All Black who was visiting. Played various games both rugby related and decision making. Overall most enjoyable and both our wives enjoyed even though they’re not sporty. Haka X 2 was impressive
