I stayed two nights here with a small group tour. The rooms and facilities are wonderful. Every room has great views. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with an included barista coffee and eggs made to order. The hotel’s location can’t be beat. Close to anything you need…restaurants, shops, ATM’s, pharmacies, etc. I do wish they had more seating in the lobby. I would highly recommend staying here.
Classy hotel thats beautifully decorated throughout. Spacious rooms and the beds and views were amazing, i had the most restful sleep despite having my newborn with me, she slept so well and was cosy and warm here. The walk in shower felt like it had very low water pressure and would have liked the pressure a bit higher. I ordered room service for dinner, it arrived quite quickly, cacio e pepe and it was just divine. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing, great food options for all and the juice station was the star of the buffet with health and wellness juices available. Close walk to Aotea square and skycity on flat ground. We will definitely be back for a mummy and daddy staycation without the kids!
For a stop over in Auckland its all about location, location, location and Voco has it all. I was stay with my 3 children and didn’t disappoint, from the room location on the 37th floor great views of the city and sky city tower. Check in was great and very smooth even offering the kids some chocolates 1% count, the porter was great from parking the car and assistance with bags a good assist to the hotel. A la carte breakfast was great and the hostess was amazing with the kids. Very easy to get to the Auckland zoo and Kelly Tarltons. Staff were professional and housekeeping team keep the room immaculate.
Had a wonderful experience today! The food and drinks were great, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service from Shahil. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism and positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, Shahil, for the excellent service — we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend this place for both the quality breakfast and outstanding hospitality.
Had a week-long stay at Voco with my partner for my birthday. It was amazing. The staff were friendly and became familiar with us during our stay, always making sure to greet and engage with us. The day of my birthday, the staff even helped my partner arrange flowers and a dessert to our room for my birthday - how thoughtful!! The room and bathroom were spotless and maintained with housekeeping. The hotel is modern but still comfortable and warm. The only issue we really had was with parking. There was no valet parking. We had to park in a Wilson car park which was about 200m away from the hotel. And that walk was no fun during the heart of winter. Overall, the hotel is great. My partner and I had a GREAT time during our stay & will definitely be coming back in future.
