The Hotel Britomart

The environment of the hotel, its amenities and the staff exceeded our expectations. It was my partner and I's first time visiting this side of Auckland, and our 2-night stay here was lovely. We included a bottle of champagne for our stay, which was on ice for our arrival. The staff were very accommodating to our needs/questions, friendly and professional. The service was amazing from start to finish (e.g. communication, room service, concierge etc). We felt the room was the perfect size for the two of us. Adjusting the ambience with the touchpad on the wall was easy to use, emphasising the modernity and comfort of the room. Our inclusive breakfasts both mornings were sublime and coffees were without fault. This hotel is conveniently situated between the bustling city centre, shops, and the waterfront, which was perfect for all that we wanted to do here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to treat themselves visiting this city, for a special occasion, or even a luxury stay-cation.

The Britomart Hotel never disappoints. The team is consistently warm, highly professional, and impeccably trained, making us feel genuinely welcome every time we stay. Special mention of David who we have got to know there. Very good at his job and lovely to chat to. A beautifully designed boutique hotel in the perfect Auckland location, surrounded by some of the city’s best dining and shopping. Even a small yet modern gym for guests use. An exceptional place to stay that we always look forward to returning to.

Amazing spot for a staycation. Lovely room, attentive staff. We did the Britomart Black Card package which was great value. They made our special occasion extra special. Would stay again in a heartbeat. The breakfast in Kingi felt generous

We booked 2 rooms for our family stay cation. Reservation was great help, very understanding and solve the request really quickly. We are very thankful. We've been blown away by the details and career of this hotel. We did stayed in some design hotels before and sometimes it's not really suitable.for the kids, mostly for safety reason (sharp corners, etc...) however The Hotel Britomart designed with a very thoughtful minds. We feel very comfortable and the kids OMG they are overjoyed. Environmental friendly and sustainable aside, which is the pride of this hotel. Its perfect for a date night, a quick get away or a rest during business trip. We do hope by the time the city railway start to operate in the near future and people come to the city central more often, it will bring even more clients for this wonderful establishment.
