The Haven Newmarket Suites

We love staying here any time we are in Auckland. Great location nice and close to train stations. Good parking for cars. Friendly front desk.

The rooms would have been 5 stars but there were a few things that bugged me, personal preferences etc. HOWEVER. the stay has been great. The rooms are clean, fresh and good size with full ensuite and little kitchenette space with mini fridge. The bed is AMAAAAAAZING. COMFORT AND GOOD HEIGHT! Not too firm not too soft and cotton breathable bedding and pillow cases... So central to getting everywhere but far enough away from the bustle of the central city you can get a decent rest. Pets are welcome but it does include a fee... More than happy to pay that as the stay is great. The customer service is great and they offer other services like laundry, room service etc. We will definitely be staying again and id recommend if you're needing accommodation for your time in Auckland.

I don't recommend this motel for travellers. The room was not secure with a broken latch on the window. We also had people sitting right outside talking loudly until 4am. In the bathroom we had very yellowed dirty towels, and ants. In the kitchen area there was a cockroach. Did not feel safe here.

Excellent place to stay. Friendly staff, great service, convenient location for Newmarket shopping & public transport. Lovely clean room with big comfy bed & huge tv. Great that it's also pet-friendly. Will definitely be back.
