Swiss-belsuites Victoria Park Auckland

Stayed here for 2.5 weeks. Firstly, the staff and service here were great. The reception and housekeeping were all friendly, approachable, and very helpful. The room was also generally modern and clean, even having an overpowering cleaning smell (no surprise given it’s a pet-friendly hotel). The only con was the twice weekly party which seemed like people/guests booking out a room for large groups of people to party with loud music, shouting, constantly going in and out of the room and building. Thankfully the helpful reception/security was able to kick them out (though sometimes only at 2am). Unfortunately, the loud noises would still occur at times into the night on the streets outside the building. Just a suggestion for the hotel to figure out a way to flag such bookings in the future and prevent them from even checking in in the first place.

Hotel location is excellent, everything in a walk distance. Team staff very polite, pleasant and do their best to accommodate our requests, specially Raghu, extremely polite, amicable and supportive.

I use the 2 bedroom apartment as a base for my work once a year and it is perfect. Beautiful apartment with amazing natural light. The staff are fantastic and help in anyway they can. Highly recommended!

A great choice for a weekend staycation or a night out in the city, with easy access to bars, restaurants, parks, and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly, check-in was quick and seamless, and the paid parking was well worth it for the convenience and direct access from the garage to the lobby.
