Mini break in Auckland with family. We had 3 rooms on their 'stay longer' deal and paid $515 total, per room, per couple for 3 nights including breakfast. Approx 170night for 2. Rooms were recenly refurbished, clean and tidy on 8th floor. Overlooking apartments which was kind of weird, but fascinating in an Hitchcock kind of way 😂 The windows do not open so no fresh air, but the AC was decent. Small bathroom but perfectly fine. Just your standard botel room. Very nice comfy beds. English Breakfast buffet was really good with a wide choice of foods, sweets fruits and drinks. Location is great, right next to sky tower. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall a fabulous easy place to stay. The only thing lacking is a pool, sauna or spa, which would have been icing on the cake. Would stay again.

Great value hotel in downtown Auckland - handy location for exploring on foot or public transport. We were upgraded to city views which gave a good view of the city skyline. The rooms are quite small but the bed and pillows are possibly the most comfortable I've ever slept on in the many places I've stayed. The breakfast deal was excellent value. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the poor housekeeping. I had to ask in the late afternoon for our room to be cleaned even though housekeeping had already been on our floor. The next day it was cleaned without asking but it wasn't up to standard - dirty cups and rubbish left in the room etc.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Close to Queen Street, skytower the waterfront. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower could do with a little more water pressure and there were a few broken tiles that need replacing but other than that thr room was great. We had dinner amd breakfast at the restaurant and both were very tasty and enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at Oaks Hotel Auckland. The level of service was exceptional, particularly from Mr. Martin and Ms. Willow at reception, who were consistently professional, welcoming, and attentive to every request. The housekeeping team all of them also deserves recognition for maintaining excellent cleanliness standards and ensuring the room was always well-prepared. Would love to visit and stay in this hotel. A truly pleasant and comfortable stay—highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
