Location is good. Parking was easy. That’s it. Room was dirty. Mouldy shower. Mattress so inadequate that we could feel the wire frame and decided at 4am it was better to be up and awake. Like someone else wrote - the plates in the cupboard were actually dirty. I think you can do better. Flickering light meant darkness in the main part of the 2 bedrooms (no one available to come and look/fix despite our request) and the TV remote required us to go fetch batteries. I couldn’t wait to leave.
Nice and functional room. Very close to shopping centre and restaurants. Cooking and washing facilities also I'm room which makes it easy for a longer stay
Excellent accomodation. Good sized 1 Bedroom units. Quiet, easy access to motorway, plenty restaurant choices handy. Would stay again
Well managed. Rooms are fairly large, clean, modern with good amenities. It's also quiet. It's been so comfortable We're sorry to leave, and sorry that the "franchise" locations aren't often as well managed. A special thanks to Ramada staff member Justin, who went out of his way to help with everything from luggage to connecting our tablets to "cast" to the room TV. Thanks Justin!
Upsides: Room comes furnished with a sofa, a table, a washing machine + a dryer, a tv, an air con etc. It's a lot spacious than I originally thought. Downsides: You hear water running when someone uses water. I hear door slammed or some bang noise frequently. I am not sure if it were some particular aggressive customer or just noises from the corridor. If you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noises, better bringing your noise cancelling headphones or just stay somewhere else I found NZ building in general has very thin wall. There is no sound insulation
