Quality Hotel Lincoln Green

Plans changed so I needed a room for the night, the reception lady was lovely and so helpful I stayed their Monday the 9th June 2026 me another adult and 2 kids Nice and clean room, everything was great! Thanks again 👍😄

Very clean and tidy very close to all we needed best location if you have an event at trust arena 8min walk close to supermarket bottle store. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly making your stay very welcoming

I’m very disappointed with how this hotel handled my stay and the refund process. Due to issues during my booking, I requested a refund, but was not given the full amount back despite the circumstances. What’s most frustrating is the lack of fairness and transparency in how this was dealt with. I expected a more reasonable resolution, especially given the situation, but instead felt brushed off and undervalued as a customer. I would recommend that future guests clarify the hotel’s refund and cancellation policies very carefully before booking. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.

We had an event nearby so for the price and location we were extremely happy. We had the deluxe double and it is very spacious inside for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Location feels very safe with lots of parking. Great coffee shops nearby with a variety of eateries in waking distance. Shopping centre 5 min drive away. Post edit: upon exit we were charged a fee (17.50AUD) for a missing blanket. We didn't take it and have responded as such, but no reply. Not enough to ruin the experience but just an FYI
