Thank you so much for a fantastic experience during our stay. The hospitality from your entire team was exceptional. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and attentive, and this extended right through to the cleaning team who were incredibly lovely. The special touch of having a plate with “Happy Birthday” written in chocolate for my partner was such a thoughtful surprise and really made the stay feel extra special. Rooms were nice - bed was comfy- we prefer carpet & these had wooden floors with a mat - bathrooms were a little small & too dark & lighting in general was poor . On the upside - good makeup mirror in bathroom , gorgeous hair & body products called 'Underground ' and of course - the Dyson Hairdryer was AWESOME! LOVED the location ! So handy to the Viaduct - restaurants & bars & the rooftop bar was fabulous ! Highly recommend for a gorgeous view of town , delicious food & drinks & great service! Also restaurant downstairs 'Esther ' was lovely for brekkie - try the 'One Pan brekkie bake ' DELISH !! 😋 QT is in a prime location - yet manages to avoid alot of the noise from town - would recommend you book a room facing the water . The staff very upbeat & friendly & make you feel very welcome ! Thanks QT 😊🌺

Cosy, comfortable hotel in the perfect location. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. The customer service was warm and friendly throughout our stay. My only criticisms were that, for a 5-star hotel, I would have expected a toothbrush and toothpaste to be provided. We also found it quite difficult to switch the shower over, so I'm not sure if ours was faulty or just difficult to operate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

We really enjoyed our stay here for 4 days. Conveniently located we did not need our car most of the time. The room overlooked offices, so we had to keep our curtains closed but was quiet and had what we needed. The best part of our stay was the service with a special mention for our breakfast waitess Shannon. Her infectious smile and happy manner was the a great way to start the day and she clearly loved her job. The only real con was the trying to find information in your room was through the tv and QR codes. The tv connection would not connect or drop out when streaming and you could not look anything up whilst you were watching something at the same time. Overall we were happy. Would we return Yes, hopefully with a better view but it was Shannon who took a standard hotel to a great hotel and we looked forward to seeing her everyday.
