Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

My husband and I had the most exceptional stay at the Pullman last weekend! We were booked in for a 2 night stay for our wedding night, and were blown away by our Apartment room, the facilities and the service. We were also pleasantly surprised to be welcomed to our room with a lovely card, a celebratory dessert, and complimentary drinks. The attention to detail made us feel really special and truly added to the marital bliss we were feeling. We enjoyed our stay there so much that we even decided to extend our stay another night as we were not ready to escape the luxury. We totally weren’t expecting to stay in our room and were prepared to take a downgrade just to stay another night, but they kept us in the same room for a very reasonable price which was so appreciated. The room was immaculate and the bed was large and comfortable. We ate at the buffet breakfast each morning, and the options were extensive and delicious. We also had room service one night and dined at their restaurant for another. The food was amazing and the service was quick and staff were polite. I am sad to say that we didn’t catch any of the names of the staff who we dealt with during our stay, but we have absolutely no complaints about any of them. We also used the gym, pool and spa facilities which were clean and surprisingly quiet (which was really nice for us!) We cannot rave on about it enough and will be highly recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you so much for making our wedding night and the days following that much more memorable! This place will now hold a special place in our hearts.

The location is quite strategic, close to the main road and city center. I stayed in a shared residence room, which was spacious (around 31 m²), clean, and comfortable. The hotel is a bit old, so the facilities are quite basic and there’s no smart TV. But the sea view and balcony were definitely a plus. Overall, a comfortable stay with a spacious room and great view.

Loved our stay here. Mum and daughter treat. Asked for a room on a high floor because daughter would enjoy the lift. And we were on the 10th floor with a harbour view. Amazing. Breakfast was included although I didn’t realise till morning 2! Everyone very friendly and helpful. We also booked a mum/daughter massage package super relaxing! And she had fun on the holiday special pool inflatable too. Definitely would stay here again when in Auckland.

Our stay at the Pullman was made absolutely exceptional thanks to RJ and his incredible team. Their first‑class customer care shone through from the moment we arrived. They surprised us by upgrading both of our rooms, turning our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday into truly unforgettable celebrations. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. We can’t thank them enough,they helped create memories we’ll treasure forever. Highly recommend RJ and the Pullman team.We will be back.
