Proximity Apartments Manukau Auckland Airport

What a wonderful first experience! We were flying in specifically to attend a family wedding at Kauri Bay that started at 12pm the same day we arrived, then flying home again early the following morning. With such a tight turnaround, we needed somewhere central, convenient and easy to get in and out of, and felt an apartment would suit us much better than our usual hotel stay. Knowing we wouldn’t have time to wait for check in on the morning we arrived, we actually booked and paid for two nights, including the night before our flight. That meant we could arrive, collect our key, quickly get changed and head straight out to the wedding. That convenience was absolutely critical for us, especially knowing we would also be returning quite late that evening. Everything worked perfectly! The service was seamless, your staff were exceptional, and another unexpected gem was how quickly and easily we could get an Uber whenever we needed one. It made getting around incredibly easy. Although we were really only in the apartment to get ready and later sleep for a few hours before our early flight home, it was exactly what we needed and made what could have been a very rushed trip feel effortless. We often stay in hotels when we are in the city, but after such a wonderful first experience, this certainly won’t be our last stay here. A huge THANK YOU to your wonderful staff for making our very short stay such an enjoyable one. We will definitely be back!

Rooms are spacious, today and clean. Service is amazing. Receptionist was great and very helpful. Definitely a great place to stay. Everything is so central to accommodate your needs, cafes, restaurants shopping mall etc. Highly recommended 👌

Studio Apartment: Beautiful, clean, tidy room with a location that was perfect for our purpose. We booked directly with the Hotel, and chose a "Staycation" 3-Day weekend, inclusive of free underground, secure parking. As stated by others, there was a peculiar smell from the bathroom; a "burn" on the inside rear left microwave panel, and a cracked handbasin, but nothing too concerning. What was a worry, that did contribute majorly to our leaving a day early, was the hardness of the bed. Too hard for us sorry, and due to the pain we checked out 24 hrs early. Overall, still a beautiful venue we would recommend, and very kind on the budget. Booking directly was definitely cheaper than 3rd Party Booking, even with Genius status. Thanks Proximity.

Beautiful apartments, whether it's the studio, 1 or 2 bedroom hotel rooms...they are the main rooms i stay in when visiting Auckland. The rooms have air con, heating, washing machine and dryer...very convenient...such a beautiful smell throughout the rooms and the building. Love the balcony views either side of the building, and the convenience of a 5 min walk to the Manukau mall.
