Off Broadway Motel

Fantastic service. The room was a similar standard to hotels such as Pullman, Novotel etc- the well-known luxury hotels I generally stay at. A great room for a great price. The price difference comes out of the fact that there’s no luxury lobby, which barely matters when you’re just looking for a place to stay the night. The staff are incredibly accomodating and kind, I left my AirPods in the room and they were kind enough to post them to my address-all the way in Hawke’s Bay. The location is great, being just a few minutes away from Westfield. As someone who’s generally skeptical staying in motels, this was a truly great pick. I’ll be sure to recommend.Thank you!

My best friend and I were greeted promptly by a lovely man who gave us a rundown on our room & facilities. We were given a room on the top floor which was great! The room was tidy, clean,warm and well presented. The beds were lovely to sleep in with adequate spare blankets if needed. The bathroom was a great space. Being around the corner from the New Market shops was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really lovely stay here. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and had beautiful views from the balcony. The shower was fantastic, and the bed was honestly the comfiest we’ve ever slept in! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the mall, food court, and plenty of shops. The only downside was that the spa bath isn’t actually a functioning spa bath anymore. It’s a large bath, but the jets don’t work, which was a little disappointing as it was the main reason we booked the Executive Suite for a special weekend with the kids. It would be helpful if this was mentioned in the room description. Other than that, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

Called this motel today to check if it’s better and cheaper to book on booking.com or directly with them~ I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels and motels and sometimes I was offered a better rate by booking directly. The woman who answered the phone was impersonal and told me that they lose money if they offer the same rate as booking.com. Booking.com was offering a rate of 130 for a room with a balcony if I paid at the hotel; if I paid online the rate would be 127; I took screenshots and the woman who answered said that the rate on booking.com was for a room without a balcony; meanwhile I had the screenshot clearly indicating it included a balcony etc. She went on and on about how they can’t match that because they lose money and also charge gst and that she can offer a rate of 139 for the exact same room not 127 if I prepay online or 130 if I pay there in person. She was dismissive, avoid this motel if you are a genius member because they charge more than booking.com rates and don’t care about the discounts online by the hotel itself or the discounts u get as a genius member. Or if you have to stay there, rather book online on booking.com and not directly with them. I then called another hotel and without any issues they matched the rate on booking.com and I booked with them instead.
