Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel - thanks so much for a fantastic stay. We had a beautifully presented room with a city view and deck. The Hotel's rooms are currently being refurbished, and this room was in that cohort. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with its own laundry. The Staff at Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel really made us feel at home. We received amazing service throughout our stay, and nothing was too much trouble. Our requests ranged from an extra continental blanket to additional coffee supplies, where to park, to a check of the showerhead (it was fine :)). All requests were answered quickly and courteously, and we really appreciated the great service and attention to detail that we received. A special thanks to Line (Reception Team), Kaye (Housekeeping Team Coordinator), Grace (Housekeeping Team) and Benny (Maintenance Team) - thank you for all your efforts and care during our stay. You are an absolute credit to Nesuto. I have stayed at many Hotels and Apartment Hotels and what always makes a stay memorable is the Team behind the brand. It is those 1 per centers that turn good service into great service, and a good stay into a memorable stay. This is a super Apartment Hotel within walking distance of Karangahape Road, the city, and the Domain. It has easy access to and from the Motorway as well. I stayed here for two nights and would rate it 4 stars overall. The apartment itself was pretty basic but comfortable, and the price ended up being around $420 for the two nights, which felt reasonable for a central city location. I was on the 11th floor and the view from the room was not too bad, with a nice outlook over the city. One feature I really enjoyed was that each room has a balcony, which was great for getting some fresh air and making the space feel a bit more open. Parking is available on-site but it is very tight and located underneath the hotel. If you’re driving a truck or a larger vehicle, I would not recommend parking down there unless it’s quite small, as manoeuvring in the car park can be challenging. Overall, this is a solid, no-frills option if you’re looking for a basic apartment-style stay in Auckland with balcony access and a decent view, but be prepared for tight parking and a fairly standard room setup.

parking is very tight going down ramps but can park very close to lift directly to your floor and room. room was impecable not a spec of dirt. stayed in the one bedroom well equipped toaster microwave etc and one of the biggest beds I've ever seen. staff did a. phenomenally good job given the tiny lobby and people waiting. the receptionist was calm polite and excellent at multi tasking. im not sure why the bad press. has free wifi good internet access on TV. thanks

We just stayed here as it was within walking distance of Spark Arena. It was reasonable value for money, for the location. Positives - helpful staff at reception, room was more spacious than expected, 20 minute walk to Spark Arena. Not as noisy as other reviews suggested. Great views across to the Auckland domain. Easy to get back onto the southern motorway. Negatives - rooms were a little tired, eg carpet was threadbare, walls could do with a repaint. The car park is very tight, and tricky to navigate! Might be a bit small for people with larger cars. Overall, I would stay here again, for the convenient location, and reasonable price.
