The rooms were beautiful, fairly clean, and the hotel itself is wonderful and at a great location. The key thing that absolutely made my stay was the quality of the service from the staff. Specifically, a girl named Nia. She helped me check in and was efficient and extremely helpful, which I appreciated because I had been extremely unorganised and a bit disoriented from my travels. I could tell she genuinely wanted to make sure I had a great stay and I am ever so grateful to her. There was also a man who came to help me with some TV problems I was having and sorted everything out straight away even though it was late. Overall a great stay! Also, whoever is hiring these absolute gems, they deserve a raise !!

The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The price was great and in good proximity to the airport.
Unfortunately the restaurant was really bad and the food is not good at all.
The food is very expensive for what we got.
It’s a shame because we saw many good reviews and the menu reads very well and sounds delicious.
No seasoning, what I believe to be bought in chicken schnitzel, dishes missing elements described in the menu. Just very poor food!
The restaurant manager was very rude to other staff members and even made one cry. Unnecessary and unacceptable behaviour from him. One group even asked for the general mangers phone number to call and complain about him. Staff should not be treated this way and it’s a shame because he was very nice and doing his job well. Poor guy!
This made it uncomfortable and I probably wouldn’t stay there again due to this.
Shame because the hotel itself is nice. All other staff were very nice and it was clean, comfortable so overall, decent.
I would advise to order uber eats or get some snacks from the vending machine!
The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.
The hotel is a good option for a short stay between two flights. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is very convenient, close to the airport.
The downside was the dinner buffet, which was frankly disappointing. The selection was extremely limited and did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this category.
The hotel deserves better, and improving the buffet would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Great hotel near airport. This place is huge with hundreds of rooms. The lounge areas are comfortable and modern. The gym is well equipped with water & towels. Didn’t use the small pool as it was outdoors and not heated. The room was big with two QS beds and a large bathroom with quality amenities. The check in and check out process was smooth. It costs $10 to park your car. The restaurant at the hotel was pricey so we ate elsewhere.
The hotel is fantastic, very clean, with a really pleasant atmosphere from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was simple and quick, which is always appreciated after a trip.
The staff is particularly attentive and welcoming. A big thank you to Frankie and Lita, who were lovely, very warm, always smiling, and incredibly friendly. They truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was spotless, and the bathroom was great as well. Nothing to complain about in terms of comfort and cleanliness! The location is also a big plus, especially for a stay near the airport.
Overall, everything was perfect from start to finish. We highly recommend it and would gladly come back if we have the opportunity!
