M Social Auckland

I'm a travel agent, and I stayed here this past winter on my work trip. M Social is the most popular hotel my agency sells, and after seeing the location and the restaurant/bar, I can see why! It definitely has all the comforts of a major hotel, with a slightly more boutique feel. I really enjoyed the gym and the area around the hotel, as well as the spread for breakfast!

Overall our stay at M Social was comfortable. The rooms were unfortunately not sound proof at all and the street noise and other guest noise was really disturbing when trying to sleep. The beds were also extremely soft to the point where they became uncomfortable. I liked the modern feel however the quotes on the wall were a bit weird. Staff were lovely and location was excellent.

You can’t beat the location. We had a room overlooking the water and it was more than enough space for two people. The staff went above and beyond. It was our honeymoon and the staff wrote us a lovely card and sent up complimentary dessert. Valet service was quick and easy. Would definitely come back if in Auckland again!

I had the most amazing stay at M Social Auckland for my Birthday! My family and I booked three different rooms, and every single one was fantastic. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and incredible value for money. The views were absolutely stunning and made the stay even more special. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite surprises was a complimentary birthday cake delivered by a robot, it was such a fun and memorable touch! We also ordered a toastie which was delivered at around 2am by the same robot, and it was honestly one of the best late-night snacks I've ever had. The valet parking was definitely worth the extra cost and made everything so easy. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday so special. I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate, and I'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend M Social Auckland!
