Second time staying here and does not disappoint 🤩 Great location, friendly staff and lovely clean modern rooms. I shared the twin room with a friend (x2 single beds) and it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend and reasonably affordable for Auckland which can be hard to find.
A very pleasant 3 night stay. Perfect location on Queen Street opposite Auckland Town Hall. Pleasant walk down to Britomart area. The external doors are only keycard accessible at night so it's safe. A convenience store is just about 20m away if you need a snack. The room was clean and was just nice for both of us. The bed was very comfortable too. The bathroom and amenities were more than adequate. Service staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful.
Such lovely staff, very easy check in, can do self check in or see the front desk. Rooms are so clean and spacious. Good menu options and mini bar. Parking is a 5 minute walk or they offer valet. 10/10 will definitely be back!
Absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and very welcoming. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant was equally impressive. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Amanda was very expressive serving us at the restaurant. Overall, a fantastic place to stay and dine. We had a memorable experience and would happily recommend this hotel and restaurant to anyone looking for great hospitality, delicious food, and a comfortable stay.
Very central to midcity Auckland. Positives: Room is lovely, large and spacious, has a minibar and mini fridge, all coffee and tea making facilities, including a pod coffee machine with some complimentary pods. Shower is spacious and towels are lovely and soft. Complimentary toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, handwash, body lotion). Rooms are air conditioned and clean. WiFi is good. Restaurant on the premises with a good selection of options for dinner and breakfast, with room service an option for a $5 tray fee. Scotch fillet was absolutely heavenly,perfectly cooked, soft and tender and I really enjoyed the 'Melon Muze' cocktail. Check in was quick and easy and staff are friendly and helpful. Gown provided, but I haven't been able to track down the slippers. Negatives: I can hear the traffic below at times (certainly not all the time though). The room TV only has open sky tv and some open channels, with no option to log into your own streaming service. While the TV allows casting, unfortunately Netflix doesn't appear to do so anymore. So the TV was little more than an unused ornament.
