Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport

We had a great stay here with our toddler. Pur suite had two big and comfortable beds - perfect for a family. The breakfast buffet was great, as well as the free airport shuttle.

Amazing. To get off a flight with a toddler at 1am and everything in our room was set up perfect we just so appreciate it. Shower was excellent, comfy bed and pillows. No road noise and dark curtains are a huge win. Room was very clean. Staff so helpful, friendly & kind. I would 100% stay here again and just annoyed we were only there a few hours before flying home! Keep up the fab work team :)

Loved the spacious rooms, nice folks behind the reception desk. Quick room service. Not bad rates for a room service in a 4 star hotel near the airport. They operate an airport shuttle every half hr apparently and every hour during the odd time of the day. You can always give them a call once you arrive and claim your bags. Coming by international terminal, exit door 8 and follow the path to the offshore shuttle transfer, will be a 5 minute walk and wait for the shuttle at Zone 5 or 6, if arriving by domestic terminal exit door 5 and you're right there at the shuttle pick up zone. They have got a big space for parking if you got your rental cars. Parking is free for every night of stay at the Hotel. The breakfast is good as well.

An excellent hotel to stay at. Shuttles to and from the airport are complimentary. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable queen beds. We went to the lobby after settling in for a drink and bar food and watched the last part of the Warriors v Broncos game in comfy chairs. Lovely cooked breakfast the next morning in the restaurant. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying and Heartland Hotel AAAA++++ 👍😁
