Four Points By Sheraton Auckland

I had a fantastic stay at Four Points by Sheraton Auckland. It was excellent value for money and ideal for a business trip. A special shout out to Russel and the team on the front desk, whose customer service was exceptional. Russel went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, from helping with parking to accommodating every request I had. It's rare to come across service that genuinely makes your stay easier, and Russel did exactly that. The team throughout the hotel, at the cafe downstairs, including the staff at the rooftop Churchill Bar, were friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The hotel can be a little noisy at times, but with a pair of earplugs and a sleep mask, it wasn't an issue for me. Overall, I couldn't have asked for more. If I need to stay in Auckland again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here. Highly recommend. 10/10.

What a lovely stay- the rooms, views and comfort were fantastic. The staff was above and beyond. The restaurant was fully staffed and were very hospitable. And the front desk was unmatched. Special thanks to Nicolas for helping us check-in and taking care of us. You don't find this kind of service these days and we were so happy to stay at the Four Points Sheraton Auckland. Highly reccomend when staying downtown.

I stay at the Four Points regularly, as it's on of only 2 Marriott properties in Auckland. The checkin experience was good and the staff across the board were friendly and attentive. The location is greta if you want to be close to theatres and restaurants, but a little walk from the centre of town. The rooms are compact, but clean and well appointed with comfy beds and fairly modern TVs. The bathroom is modern and clean, with basic amenities. The gym is basic, but for a day or two of workouts. The breakfast is pretty standard for a Four Points, but the kitchen did a good job of keeping everything stocked and the egg station was quick to get the orders out. Overall, a solid property with great staff.

Loved staying here. The location is excellent for events at the Aotea centre, we could get from our room to our seats for a talk in under 10min and under 5 at a fast walk. The service was a+ in every respect. Housekeeping, reception & dry cleaning were all excellent, & any tiny issues e.g. having trouble with the TV were really quickly resolved. The breakfast was excellent, especially the omelettes, and the staff really looked after us - thank you. Happy hour in the lower bar is good too, it has a really generous menu and is of course really well placed if you had an event on at Aotea or the Town Hall etc. The view was a tremendous treat.
