Spacious room and bathroom, with very kind housekeeping staff and an accommodating front desk team. The hotel is centrally located, with easy access to neighborhood restaurants and right next to the new train station.
I also loved the added convenience and security of using the key card to access a pre-programmed elevator that takes you directly to your floor. Having a laundry room and water-refilling station on our floor was very convenient as well.
The bar serves excellent cocktails, and the bartenders were friendly and efficient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return, and recommend to friends and family.

Always a pleasure staying at the Crown Plaza. Great location, great staff. My room was in a great end of the floor near the lifts. It's a little overdue for a refurb but the bed is comfortable. Great shower.

After a long haul flight this was perfect.
The lady greeted us with a big smile and was happy to see us.
The room is beautiful, it feels like your feet sink a mile into the carpet. It's a very well appointed room. The bed is massive and so comfortable. The shower water pressure is spot on, no running around trying to get wet.
We had dinner in the hotel and the food was far better than I could have wished for. The photos speak for themselves.
The service given by Tapos was second to none, he really does go that extra mile, Thank you to you sir.

The Crowne Plaza Auckland By IHG is located just around the corner of Sky Tower. From Sky Bus station to Crowne Plaza it's just a 10 minute walk. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection of cheese, cold meats, beans, potatoes, fruits, smoked chicken, salad, and tea. The rose‑and‑vanilla tea was a lovely surprise, and the feijoa smoothie was something I had never tried before. Since the feijoa smoothie was such a standout, having the fruits on display would complement the smoothie beautifully. I also have to mention the lifts because they are genuinely impressive. Tap your key and instantly the panel tells you what options are available for your key and which lift is on its way. It’s fast, smooth, and honestly one of the best lift systems I’ve ever used in a hotel. Our room was spacious and very comfortable, with two king‑size beds that made it easy to relax after 3 days of travel and a 16:00 hours flight. The bathroom was also excellent with fig and feijoa shampoo, conditioner and hand and body soap. Overall, Crowne Plaza Auckland By IHG delivers comfort, convenience, and a memorable experience. A great choice for anyone visiting Auckland.
We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza, the hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are so lovely. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and the gentleman who checked us in turned up at our door with a bottle of bubbly, such a lovely start to our stay. Secure parking available and easy access to lots of food and shopping options.
