Adina Apartment Hotel Auckland Britomart

Overall the Adina Britomart was a great stay although I would improve a few things. First of all the bathrooms had a few cracks and other things on the wall. The location was perfect and was in the center of town. The reception staff were really accommodating. Another problem I had was the sound outside. I wasnt able to use the features on the TV in our room but I could still access live TV. The Adina was a great short stay and I would recommend it for short stays and people coming for events.

Coffee machine not working during breakfast time, limited choice of options as well. The restautant staff were great and accomodating. all room hallways are exposed in open air, it was windy and rainy so very uncomfortable that I had to be running to my room while getting wet, very tricky as the pictures did not show this prior to booking. The bedroom itself was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked.

Honestly the best value in the vicinity of Spark Arena. The rooms are like studio apartments, beautifully appointed and very clean. I was struck by the complimentary bottle of wine, the helpful staff, and —best of all— being able to walk 2 minutes from our show at Spark Arena and be back at the hotel. This was especially good since it was raining. The on-premises restaurant ‘Yard’ also has really good food and their staff are so nice. I really enjoyed my time here so much that I instantly checked to see if they have a Christchurch location and much to my delight I discovered that they do. They’ve earned my repeat business and I highly recommend them.

Great choice of rooms. Well maintained. We had a studio. It was perfect for the two of us. The convenience of having the breakfast buffet was a plus. Or walking to the near by Woolworths for some basic toast and cereal to prepare in the small kitchen as an alternative. Really enjoyed our stay.
