Dennis did an excellent job giving us a tour that covered a big area. We learned a lot, not just about history, but also what it’s like to live in Greece today. That was very interesting to us. One of the best things I liked about this tour that there were only four of us on the tour, one other couple. What a difference that makes compared to the big bus tours or the tours that are walking with huge groups. Dennis did not speak too fast, and he spoke English very well because he actually came from America and now lives here in Greece. He speaks both languages fluently and that was a very big help. We had a very enjoyable day. Dennis showed us at least a couple special sights where big bus tours can’t take you. It’s great to see and picture some of the places the apostle Paul went to teach. It adds another demention to our letters of Paul Bible studies.

Dennis, our guy picked us up, he was warm, welcoming and informative. We saw things on this tour that we never would’ve seen on a large bus tour. Dennis was fantastic! He arrived a few minutes early, right on schedule, and parked close to where we were staying, which was especially helpful given the access to our accommodation. We started at Mars Hill, and from there, every stop we made and even the travel time in between—was filled with information. Dennis was knowledgeable about the history and Greek Orthodox traditions, though we found that reading Acts 17 and 18 directly from the Bible provided a clearer and more definitive understanding of Paul’s missionary journey and the biblical significance of the places we visited. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed exploring these historic sites with our three kids. It was a memorable family experience, and we appreciated Dennis’s punctuality, the convenient pickup, and the time he took to guide us through the different locations.

Our guide Ruslan picked us up right on time at our hotel. His vehicle was very clean and comfortable. Ruslan’s knowledge of the Apostle Paul, his journey and the history of Athens and Corinth was outstanding. He took us to many places in Athens and on the way to Corinth, showing archaeological sites and relating details of Paul’s missionary journey. It was amazing to see where Paul preached at Corinth. Our guide/driver was exceptional from start to finish. He picked us up in Athens and took us on a perfectly paced, deeply informative day exploring Corinth and its surroundings. We stopped first at the impressive Corinth Canal, then visited the peaceful water’s-edge site associated with the early Christian baptisms. From there he led us through the ancient city of Corinth, sharing fascinating details about its history and significance. One of the highlights was learning about the beautiful mosaic discovered just 14 years ago during construction of a new church connected to the site of the Apostle Paul — a detail he explained with real passion and knowledge. He then drove us up the winding road to the castle at the top of the hill (Acrocorinth), where the views were spectacular. His restaurant recommendation up there was spot-on — the food was excellent and the setting perfect after the climb. Beyond the sights, he was an outstanding driver: smooth, careful, and confident on every road. His knowledge of both the ancient history and the biblical connections made the entire day come alive. We could not have asked for a better guide and driver. Highly recommended — this was one of the best tour experiences we’ve had!

Dennis was a great guide for us today. He picked us up from our hotel promptly @8:00am. We saw a lot of places that Paul the Apostle went and preached the “Good News”. We went to Ancient Corinth and saw the church and ruins where Paul preached and also the church by the ocean where Paul baptized many people. Then we saw the Corinth Canal. Went up to a castle on the mountain and hiked up. Had lunch at a lovely restaurant called Castro.
This tour brought parts of the Bible to life. It was unreal to walk where Apostle Paul once did. Our guide and driver, Michalis, was very accommodating and helpful! The private vehicle was comfortable and it was so convenient to be picked up/dropped off at our hotel.

We took a personal tour with Theodor. He picked us up when he said he would and talked non stop relating great information about local info but most importantly what we did the trip for….the travels of the Apostle Paul. His in depth knowledge of the Bible, past and current politics, geography, plants and trees and crops and relating the far distant past to current events was absolutely awesome. My only regret is that there’s no way to retain everything that I learned that day. He was a safe driver and has a very excellent command of the English language. Tour was FABULOUS - guide accommodated our latecarrival when taxi cancelled on us. Michalis the guide was OUTSTANDING and gave a LOT of information and made the trip VERY informative and entertaining. Went out of his way to help us find the best greek olive oil. Just an in redibly wonderful day
Driver /guide Michalis did a great job. First, graciously waited for us to arrive to hotel, transferred from other hotel. He did a great job describing the history of Greece and the journey of St Paul, the historical sites. Stopped at a really nice restaurant where we bought excellent olive oil from the family property. Got us back on asked time and adjusted the sites and routes to our needs.
We had a fabulous time on this private tour! Our driver/guide was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and took excellent care of us throughout the entire experience. We traveled in a very nice, comfortable Mercedes, which made getting between the different sites especially enjoyable. Having him as our private guide allowed us to enjoy the day at our own pace, ask plenty of questions, and really learn about the places we visited. We learned a tremendous amount while also having a wonderful time. His knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent service made the day both interesting and enjoyable. Our driver/guide Ruslan was amazing. There was an itinerary but he sought out our priorities and desired pace and adjusted the day to address them. He even added an unscheduled stop once he knew more about our special interests. For Christians with an appreciation for St Paul, this tour is a must. When you see the distances and terrain and mix that with the culture of the day, it makes his accomplishments even more amazing to behold.

The trip was fantastic! That was the best trip so far (and we spent 17 days in Grece): we learned a lot about Athens and Greek History. We followed St. Paul journey in the way that overcame our expectations- Dennis (our guide) was so passioned, true and honest, it have Ań impression that he is sharing memories of his best friend. The most memorable moment of the journey was visiting the churche in the port- priceless. We also had a sufficient time for a lunch - I recommend this option, food was delicious.
