We were picked up in a timely fashion at the port even with a last-minute time change. Our house was difficult to get to due to some road closures in Plaka, but our driver communicated with the house manager and got us right to the door.

The driver was very nice, waited for us even though the ferry was late. He helped us load and unload our luggage and made sure we were safely able to get into the VRBO unit. We we're supposed to have three people in our party. And one had to cancel. We were in a sedan. If we had had the other person, we would not have room for the additional luggage.

It is difficult to find the driver at the port. He was parked far from the port exit so we could not see him and did not know where to look. We eventually did connect with him when he came to the exit area where all the other drivers were and everything was fine after that. Very nice guy.

We booked through the company website. George Remoundos was a really nice driver and met us right outside the port exit. He made some extra stops to help us see the city, was great at communication and helpful to find spots in the city for food recommendations. Overall, would book again this very pleasantly easy transport.

My first encounter was online through a third party app. We actually arrived about 90 min early so we called the company directly to see if they could pick us up earlier. The gentleman at the office was very friendly and said he will try to accommodate us. Our driver, George Remoundos, was able to pick us up 30 min early. He was super professional and very hospitable. He recommended several restaurants and sites to see by our Airbnb. He also explained the areas that we drove through from the port. George was also kind enough to text me that we left a small bag in the car. He was able to drop it off to us within the hour. He said that we could call anytime for assistance and he’d be happy to help. The van was clean, cool, and comfortable.

His English was excellent, he pointed out a few important sites along the way, his car was clean and pleasant, he drove in a way that made us feel safe. This is a very reliable service. It’s nice to be able to relax and not worry about how to get to your next destination. We had just arrived to Piraeus port from ferry. Our driver was not there, but he was good about communicating with me. He had been delayed because of a taxi strike, but he was only a little delayed and was in communication with us, so we were very assured. Once he arrived, he offered cold water and was very friendly and helpful in recommending things to do in the area.

Getting picked up from the port in Athens was a bit of an experience. We were delayed coming from Milos, but our driver communicated with me and even though I told him the incorrect ship we were coming in on, he found us quickly. We were a party of 6 and he was very helpful loading and unloading our bags at the port and once he dropped us off at the hotel.

Our driver was right on time, easy to find. His vehicle was keyed before picking us up and he didn't notice until we were walking along the passenger side of car. He was very quiet for a few minutes and then apologized that he was upset. We were upset for him. He told us the area our hotel was located was on the edge of a not nice part of town, due to immigrants, but that our hotel was a nice hotel and to please be aware of our surroundings while walking around to the sites.
