Zeginis Winery, a family-owned winery, produces wines of exceptional quality from the family vineyards of 20 hectares. The passion for the vine and the wine is transmitted from generation to generation. A member of the family, the daughter, and enologist of the winery, will welcome you to the winery and together you will take the tour. Firstly, you will go to the vineyards of the family, in Ramnous, a distance of 10 minutes by car, where you will have the opportunity to recount the vegetative cycle of the vine and familiarize yourself with the current stage of the cycle. Then, getting back to the winery, you will learn the winemaking process in Zeginis Winery, and many other secrets of the wine! Finally you will taste the wines of Zeginis Winery accompanied by local Greek dishes, like fresh salads, cheeses, and pitas! Transport to the vineyards and back by your own car. Fantastic afternoon experience! Our host was so friendly and had answers to all of our questions, and the wine was fantastic! We ended up buying a bottle, which was very affordable. My only regret is not getting a second bottle!
Such a very nice and fun thing to do and learn about how this winery has been growing and making wine in this area for years. The wine is wonderful and we learned a lot from this. We did visit outside of the actual wine season but still a great thing to do that is very affordable and interesting. We bought several bottles to drink while we are here in Greece as well. I think it is better than larger wineries I’ve visited during to the personal touch.

We had a lovely time at the winery tasting 5 wines. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines they produce. The vineyard is remote from the winery and there is a separate tour if you want to do this. We also made a friend with nuisa (?) the owners dog !
My partner and I went to a private tour and wine tasting at Zeginis. Chrysanthi was amazing, very intelligent, very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome. We had an amazing experience and bought wine after to bring back home with us! We would definitely recommend, extremely great value for money and hospitality and service was worth every cent.

We had an exceptional experience and enjoyed delicious wine. The winemaker warmly welcomed my partner and me, sharing her extensive knowledge of winemaking with enthusiasm and expertise.
This is a family-run winery where third generation now is active in the business. All the tours are private and you get a really good insight of the process from the vineyards to finished wines. They drive us by car to the wineyards, showed us the winery and at the end gave us a taste of their wines. Can absolute recommend this winery!

The tour guide (Chrysanthi)'s knowledge of the grapes, matched with insight into the family's making of wine and the overall Greek traditions in regards to wine, made each moment insightful and memorable. Then came seeing the vineyards, which in of itself was as magical as any ancient artifact of Greece. The tasting was fantastic, with each white, rose, and red wine paired well with her own family's locally grown vegetables and fruits. If you are in Greece, make sure you visit this winery. An amazing experience, one that will assure the revolution of Greek wines becomes a global phenomenon built on family values and traditions.
Great visit of vines and the domain. We saw the whole process from the grape to the vinification. The wine is of great quality, we bought all the ones we tasted
We had a brilliant tour of the facilities from Chrysanthe, seeing the vineyards as well as what happens once the grapes have been harvested. The wine itself is gorgeous and reasonably priced. Would strongly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to see the best wine Greece has to offer. It was much better than the other restaurant wine we’ve had in Athens and Marathon. We were a group of 9.
The owners of the winery took us around to walk amongst the vines as well as taste the product of their efforts. The family was welcoming and gracious and the tour was both informative and delicious. I recommend Chrysanthi Zeginis and her family's vineyard as a fantastic destination for any family. We absolutely loved our time there.
Very warm welcome in a nice setting, explanations and very interesting visits. Followed by a tasting with beautiful discoveries about both the wines and the dishes we were offered. The person who welcomed us was able to sublimate this very good time because of his knowledge and kindness. I recommend ++++

Guided tour of the vineyard and afterwards a tasting. Very friendly reception, top wines of which two have received an international medal and super tasty snacks. When we were waiting for our taxi, the lady saw that it was taking a long time and she eventually took us away herself. Great!
