Everything was perfect! We had two vans, both of which were in absolutely excellent condition. The vehicles were very comfortable, with water and Wi-Fi provided, and the drivers were really, really nice, especially Alex! We also needed to change the timing of our tour quite spontaneously, and the office made it work for us without any issues. Can totally recommend!

Great communication very clean van. We had delays due to high seas for our ferry and the team worked with us to reschedule our trip no problem. Despite only having a van available, didn’t charge us extra and we got there in record time. Shout out to our friendly driver Alexander!
We were picked up at airport. Our driver Nikos was prompt and friendly. We liked the service so much we booked them to take us to the ferry the next day and then we returned that afternoon. Our second driver Alex was also very friendly and prompt.

The car was so clean ,the driver was waiting for us he speaks English and was so so gentle and kind gave us water and made sure we are comfortable and have everything the ride was smooth and comfortable. We used the transfer service twice, from Athens Airport to Athens centre, and then from there to Rafina Port. The service was excellent, made special by John the driver who was very friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this company and driver for transfer services around Athens.

John was on time and we had a pleasant trip. The only confusion was the app said it was another person, so when we got the message about our driver, we had to have a phone call to sort it out.
I used VIP to pick me up from the airport and take my group to our Airbnb. Then, they picked us up and took us to the port for our cruise. Finally they picked us up from the port and took us to the airport. They were always punctual, responsive and professional. They drivers were all friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for any car service.

I moved from Canada to Greece and was travelling with four animals and several suitcases. I booked my service ahead of time and my experience from beginning to end was phenomenal. Communication, professionalism is top tier. From the staff in the office when booking to when the driver picks you up. The vehicle is extremely comfortable and clean. We opted for the booking from Athens Center to the Airport. Our driver Alexandros is very friendly and contacted one day in advance on where to do the pick up. Throughout the trip to the airport 45-1h drive he ensured that we are comfortable. There was water provided as well. Overall was a comfortable and reliable service.

We had a one day stay in Athens before going to the islands. Great service for pick up and return to the airport from our apartment near the Acropolis. Everything was great superb service and on time.

We used VIP for a transfer from the airport to our hotel and again from our hotel to the cruise port 2 days later. The car was lovely and comfortable however, our driver was a few minutes late on both occasions. While this didn’t affect any of our plans, it was a bit disconcerting when arriving in a new city and paying extra for the comfort of being greeted by the driver.

Our post-cruise excursion in Athens was unexpectedly cancelled, leaving us without transport to the airport and no plans for the day - a real shame, as we were looking forward to seeing the city’s famous sights. Thankfully, we remembered Alexandros, who had driven us from the airport to our hotel at the start of our trip. We gave him a call - and he saved the day! Not only did Alexandros get us to Athens International Airport on time, but he also turned the journey into a wonderful private tour of the city. He knew all the back streets and best places to stop, allowing us to see key highlights including the Acropolis Museum, the Panathenaic Stadium, and a breathtaking viewpoint from the top of Mount Lycabettus. He even made time for a quick stop at the Lycabettus Funicular, which ticked something off our Athens wishlist. He looked after our luggage while we explored, ensured we were always comfortable, and was wonderfully patient and kind with our sleepy (and occasionally grumpy) three-year-old. The car was spacious and spotlessly clean, perfect for a relaxed and scenic journey. Alexandros turned what could have been a stressful and disappointing day into a genuine highlight of our holiday. We’re so grateful for his kindness, knowledge, and professionalism. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Athens!

I used this company twice, once for pickup from Athens airport to hotel and from port to airport. I was so impressed with the service. The drivers spoke excellent English. I used WhatsApp to communicate them and they responded in a timely manner. Once I arrived the company representative and driver both communicated with me. The driver used a sign to ensure I knew who he was once arriving at the airport. They wore white shirts, black tie and black pants so it was easy to spot them since majority of drivers wore casual clothing. I changed my pickup time twice which they did not have a problem with. They provided free WiFi and bottled water. On my return to airport the driver asked me if I had time to go to some of the scenic sights in Athens. My family included three persons with three large suitcases, two carryons and two large bags, plenty of trunk space. As you read other reviews some of the companies charge extra fees for oversized luggage so I decided a van was what I needed. You will not be disappointed if you use this company. They called me once I got off plane and he directed me to a meeting location in airport since there were so many people getting off the planes. If I return to Greece I will definitely use this company again.

I had used this transfer service back in January when I was back in Athens. Of course I booked again with them without hesitation. Pure professionalism, on time when my flight landed , AC on , water and even WiFi onboard. 10/10 all around.
Booked quite last minute but our driver arrived promptly and was very tentative during the trip. Everything we needed as our plane was very early in the morning but Alexandros gave us complete peace of mind and was a great end to our vacation.

Alexander was wonderful! We utilized him twice while in Athens. From a pick-up at the cruise terminal & drop off in Athens City Center, to the pick up in Athens to go to the airport. We traveled with a large family, including 2 children and lots of luggage. Alexander was great with the kids and had a car seat ready for our toddler as well.
