Disembarkation from the ship was quicker than expected as no customs/immigration procedures so we arrived earlier at the pick-up point than was arranged. Our driver was early so we weren’t kept waiting long. The promised black Mercedes-Benz turned out to be a regular yellow Skoda taxi and no water was provided. The driver was polite, helpful and safe in the hectic Athens traffic and narrow streets. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained and without damage.

Dimitri was on time and met right off the boat. He made himself easy to find and had my name written really big so I could easily see it. This was one of the best interactions I had in a month in Greece. He was professional, friendly, and polite. we engaged in meaningful conversation about Greece and my trip. A 45 min ride seemed only 5 minutes. His service was excellent.

Pick up post-cruise. We were jept well informed as to timings fir our pick-up via message and WhatsApp by our driver, John. As we were very early leaving the ship (well executed by Princess, getting so many passengers off so smoothly), John kept us updated as to his arrival time and gave details of the vehicle and registration so that we could look out for him . In turn, we sent a picture of our location and a selfie so that ge knew who to look for. The pick up and drive were seamless, and John provided lots of useful information. So good that we gave booked him for our transfer from hotel to airport.
Driver was early, safe driver, very fun to chat with and make local recommendations for us near our hotel. He was excellent and we compared with friends that used public transport and their journey was much longer for about the same price so well worth it to have a private driver for our family. Would book again!
I was disappointing, I requested big car got taxi was not enough for our family and luggage’s, and you over charged me, my trip was only $16.5 euro and you charged me almost 46.00 dollars, the driver was very nice and helpful and tried to do his best.
We were a party of 4 and we were picked up promptly from the cruise terminal and delivered to our hotel in Athens! They brought 2 cars for us and our 8 pieces of luggage. They confirmed our reservation with us the day before and kept in touch. Reliable, great value and very service oriented. We asked them to also deliver us back to Athens airport after our stay. I was shocked by the treatment we received from our driver. Our ferry arrived late and I didn't have internet service and my phone was off to avoid killing my battery. As soon as we arrived at the port, I turned on my phone and received a call from the driver yelling at me because he had been waiting for us and I wasn't answering my phone. At first I thought it was because of the bad connection but when we got off the ferry I texted him and when he found us he started to yell at us. That he had been waiting for us for almost an hour and didnt even take the time to listen to us. I tried to explain to him that it wasn't our fault but he continued to yell at me. When we got to the car, he told us we couldn't take any bags inside the car and my husband had his computer bag with him. The driver took it from my husband and threw it in the back not been careful with it. My husband told him to be careful that his work computer was inside and the driver said something rude to him in greek. He drove us to our hotel and didn't say one word to us. He dropped us off at the corner of the block where the hotel was located not even in front of the hotel. He didnt bother to tell us we had to carry our luggage thru the cobblestone street about half a block. He could have dropped us off in front of the hotel. Horrible driver!!!
