This was easy pick up and drive to the Athens airport! Driver was quiet and helped us with all of our bags. The van was comfortable and the AC worked amazing! Thanks again!

The taxi was very clean, the driver was nice and also a safe driver. Communication was clear and the pick up was punctual.
Everything was great except the driver was late. Was suppose to be there at 7:30 but showed up at 7:38. Not a huge deal but it did cause me to worry about having to find another form of transportation. We were pushing it close for our flight but it got delayed so we made it. I was expecting a plain car but it was a yellow taxi.

What a mess. I would s surely not book this transfer. Almost caused us to miss our flight. Arrived more than 20 minutes late. Parked in a lot several blocks from the cruise terminal, forcing us to hike through the city with all of our luggage (even though Uber, Bolt, Blacklane, local taxis and numerous other private transfer companies were picking passengers up steps from the terminal doors) even though we had confirm med in two occasions that they would pick us up at the terminal. Communication was awful. While some members of the staff technically knew a few words of English, none were able to communicate in it in any meaningful way. Diver himself was terrible. Nearby caused an accident while we were in the vehicle. Sped much of the way to the airport (going 30+ kilometers per hour over the posted speed limit).

We disembarked from the ship and collected our luggages and waited outiside the terminal for about an hour. It was too cold outside. We finally met the driver who has my name on a sheet of white paper. The ride was ok. It was about 35 minutes or so. We arrived at the airport ahead of our flight schedule.

We were meet exaction time by a lovely gentleman holding a printed sign with my name, unlike other drivers who use their phones that time out so you can’t see the name. Anyway, he placed all our luggage in a modern, clean van and drove us through the city to the airport. Proud of his city and knew lots of shortcuts due to traffic. We arrived in time with lots of more info on Athens.

The driver appropriately arrived 10 - 15 minutes ahead of arranged meeting time. He approached the location with a sign stating my name so that I knew he was the driver that I employed. He was courteous and provided geographical information as we progressed to the needed location.

Pick-up meeting point at the terminal was not clearly defined, and we didn't find our driver in the logical place where other drivers held signs for their clients. We never found our driver, thus needing to take a taxi to the airport. Viator and the operating company have refused a refund. Don't use this service!
Excellent service. We had messaged the pickup company with our ferry name and were met by Margaret, our driver, directly from our ferry docking gate at Piraeus. Despite busy traffic it was a very comfortable journey and would recommend this as an option to transfer between ferry port and airport.

Met us on time. On the way from cruise port to airport the driver all of a sudden pulled into a gas station, parked and got out to go to the restroom without saying one word to us. It was very strange the way he handled it. Nice clean car.
