Mercedes Private Tour Nafplio, Corinth Canal, Nemea Wine Tasting

This tour I would rank on the very top of tours I have taken. Hirini was an exceptional host and made this trip even more engaging. The location we had traveled to before and wanted to go back to explore and have a private tour. This trip did just that. I can not say enough about the enjoyable time we had.

Eirini provided us a wonderful experience touring Nafplio, Corinth and Semeli Winery. She was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Shared lots of useful information on the areas and Greece as a whole. The winery served delicious wines and an amazing tour of the facility. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely day with Manos, going to a very beautiful winery on top of a mountain! They gave us a lovely tour of their winemaking process as well as a tasting of their wonderful wines. We extended our stay there and enjoyed more wine and appetizers with the mountains in the background. Such delight! Then we took a short drive to Nafplio to do some shopping and enjoying the seaside town as well as eating a lovely meal. Since we had already seen the Corinthian Canal, we took a short drive to Mycenae to walk among the ruins of the ancient city. Manos was wonderful about sharing so much information about Greece and the different places we visited. What a wonderful day we had with Manos!

Our guide was wonderful. Shared so many stories about the places we visited and about Greece itself. He was graciously accommodating when we asked to cut short the visit to Mycenaea. (It was too hot and we are too old to climb). I highly recommend this trip.

We had a wonderful day with our guide Manos. He was very knowledgeable of the area and shared a lot about the country (ancient past, past and present). We went to the Corinth Canal which was a fascinating place. Then we went to a very nice winery with a tour and tasting. It was situated in a beautiful area and the tour was relaxed and enjoyable. After the winery we went to a beautiful seaside village called Nafplio. We had a nice lunch and walked around the shops. At the end of the tour Manos recommended places for drinks and dinner at a small marina where the Piraeus Sailing Club was located. It was a nice finish to a beautiful day. His English was perfect. He was very interesting to talk to. Brush up on your knowledge of Greece.

Manos was an excellent guide and storyteller. My family enjoyed our trip to Nafplio and the winery. The Mercedes electric car was very comfortable. We liked it so much we booked another adventure with Momos for the day after tomorrow!

**A Wonderful Day Trip at Your Own Pace** This was a fantastic way to experience several beautiful sites outside of Athens without feeling rushed. We were picked up after touring the Acropolis and headed to the impressive Corinth Canal, where we had time to take in the breathtaking views. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating throughout the day. He shared interesting facts about the areas we visited, answered all of our questions, and made sure everyone was comfortable. As a special treat, he surprised us with delicious chicken souvlaki, which was a wonderful and unexpected touch! From there, we traveled to Semeli Wines in Nemea for a relaxing wine tasting before continuing to the charming seaside town of Nafplio, often called the "Little Venice of Greece." Nafplio was truly a hidden gem and one of the highlights of our trip. The picturesque streets were lined with vibrant bougainvillea, creating the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll. We ended our visit by enjoying a delicious meal at a waterfront restaurant with spectacular views of the harbor and the historic fortress. It was the perfect way to conclude an unforgettable day. If you're looking for a relaxing tour that combines history, beautiful scenery, great wine, and an authentic Greek town, this tour is absolutely worth it. I highly recommend it!

Manos is a very knowledgeable guide and took care to teach us historical context of what we were visiting. We felt we could pace ourselves as needed. The Semeli winery is a gem. Would totally recommend this trip!

Irena Private Tours was a wonderful experience. Irena was very knowledgeable and very personable. My wife and I spent the entire day with Irena and she drove us all around the country side with a wonderful wine tasting tour included. She also picked us up from our hotel and drove us to the Seaport for our cruise of the Greek isles and Istanbul Turkey. She is also picking us up from the Seaport and taking us to the airport to fly home when we arrive. We can’t say enough good things about our experience with Irena. We would recommend her with great enthusiasm. Thank you Irena for all you did to make our vacation special.

We booked this last minute and it was the best decision we made! The tour was wonderful and it was all because of Glykeria☺️ She is so knowledgeable and so sweet. She gave us recommendations and took us to the best winery with the best views. We loved it so much that we decided to do another trip with her! Would recommend this to anyone who wants to venture out of Athens for a day trip.

This was a customizable relaxed tour. Eirini did a great job explaining our options. We ended up spending more time at the winery- which was a great experience! The sea side town of Nafplio was beautiful. Seeing the country side along the ride (sheep, goats and small villages) was delightful. We highly recommend this tour and our guide- Eirini!

This is a very relaxed trip with time to see where St. Paul preached to the Corninthians, tour and tasting at a beautiful winery, and pleasure coffee and food at a port town. Good discussion with the driver/guide. Everything was on time and at our pace. No hassle. Very easy.

Our guide Eirini was excellent. A native of Athina she knew the area quite well . She was relaxed and laid back and accommodated our personal timing . The sights she showed us were amazing it was a great itinerary . I would however recommend only having 3 adults or less participate as we were four and the backseat was crowded in her Mercedes .

Giorgos Kalantzis led us on an AMAZING tour and was fully knowledgeable, energetic and full of life! The highlight of the trip for my wife and me was the stop in Nafplio, one of the most romantic places for lunch and romantic walk in the picturesque seaside town. George was so accommodating, professional and personable, and made our experience his top priority. He even went above and beyond with information after he learned the St. Paul Biblical Experience tour was initially scheduled, but subsequently cancelled with another tour operator.

If you’re looking to get out of Athens and see more of the country, this is a great day trip option. Our driver picked us up from our hotel in a new, luxury Mercedes car. Our first stop was a beautiful winery in the Nemea region. The cost for the tasting and tour is additional and you pay at the winery. We were allowed as much time as we wanted to enjoy the property and the wine. Our next stop was Nafplio. This town is so beautiful! The streets and buildings are stunning! We were there around 4:00 pm so we found a lot of the stores and shops were closed, be mindful of the times you are visiting. We left around 6:00 pm and things were starting to open and liven up. Again, our driver told us to take as much time as we wanted for the town. Our last stop was the Corinthian Canal. We were lucky enough to watch a super yacht come through. This was a great way to see more of the country without having to rent a car and navigate the roads ourselves.

Our driver was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Was a fantastic day for my husband and I. The winery was lovely and staff was great. The coast was absolutely beautiful.

This is a must do when you're in Athens and you want something to do that's a bit outside the city and a little less crowded. It's nice to get out of the city, and all 3 stops are very worthwhile! The Corinth canal is really beautiful and incredible. You don't stop there long, just long enough to see it and walk across the bridge. The 2nd stop is wine tasting, which was also very nice. We're a bit spoiled with wines, as we live in California, but this winery was surprisingly nice...and beautiful with spectacular views. Lastly was Nafplio where we had lunch and walked around this charming old town. Our tour guide didn't rush us at all. We just called her when we were done and she came and picked us up and drove us back into Athens. We particularly liked our guide for this trip (Iliana). She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to have as our resource and guide.
