As a solo traveler visiting Athens, I was looking for unique experiences to complement my trip, and this was the perfect way to begin my journey. What made the evening especially memorable was that I was the only guest for the session, which transformed the experience into what felt like a private masterclass led by my own personal gin expert. From the very beginning, it was clear that this was much more than a typical tasting. My host guided me through the fascinating history and evolution of gin, blending education, storytelling, and tasting into an engaging and immersive experience. Her passion, knowledge, and professionalism were evident throughout the evening, and she made every moment both informative and enjoyable. Each gin was thoughtfully paired with carefully selected cheeses, fruits, and complementary flavors that enhanced the tasting experience. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail and the way each pairing was explained, helping me better understand the unique characteristics and botanicals behind each spirit. The experience was further elevated by a well-prepared PowerPoint presentation that brought the history, production methods, and tasting notes to life in an accessible and engaging way. What I expected to be a simple tasting quickly became one of the most memorable experiences of my time in Athens. The level of personalization, expertise, and hospitality far exceeded my expectations. I left not only with a greater appreciation for gin but also with a deeper understanding of its history and craftsmanship. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough for anyone visiting Athens, whether you are a gin enthusiast or simply looking for something unique and memorable. It was educational, engaging, and exceptionally well organized. I would absolutely book again, and I am already looking forward to returning to experience the wine tasting offering as well. The gin selection was impressive, covering a range of Greek producers. You come away with a genuine appreciation for just how special Greek gin is. Artemis was knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about what she does, which really made the whole experience come alive.

Wonderful experience. Our host was funny and informative. The wine and food pairings were outstanding. Although we are more red wine drinkers, this tasting made us into Greek white wine lovers. Phenomenal views of the acropolis and of Athens overall. Beautiful restaurant setting and attentive staff. Highly recommend this while in Athens.

My mother and I were in Athens for a couple of days, we decided to do a gin tasting we found through Airbnb Experience, even though we both aren’t gin drinkers. Overall, we had an amazing night!!
