Our guide George was amazing. The information he gave us was awesome. It was almost a 2 hour ride to Poseidons temple. We also stopped at a small lake that was created from a cave roof that fell in. Absolutely gorgeous. George was very friendly and his driving was great. We went to se the sunset and it was spectacular. You can’t go wrong booking with him. I also highly recommend this tour.

We used My Athens Transfers for both transport from the airport to our condo in Lavrio & then also a tour of the Sounio area. I specifically wanted the flexibility to have a great seaside meal & then catch the sunset & then super moon rise at The Temple of Poseidon. Dimitris Tabone was our driver/guide. He picked us up in an immaculate mini van & a cooler of cold water. Then with very good temper in the crazy super moon crowds took us around for a fabulous meal & then the temple. The traffic was insane but we got to see everthing we wanted. He even dropped our friends off at the marina before taking us na k to the condo. A hugh thanks to Demitris!

Wonderful tour! Our tour guide, Notis, was lots of fun. He was very knowledgeable about the Temple of Poseidon and the history of Greece. He taught us how to say words in Greek and, at the end of the tour, took us to a lovely restaurant on the water. Highly recommended!

Dimitri was a great host and driver. We really enjoyed out evening with him to see the temple of Poseidon. He always made sure we were comfortable and had great ideas for stops, and had an amazing recommendation for a restaurant near the ruins that was perfect! He was able to get us a nice table right on the water for the sunset. I would recommend Dimitri and this tour as a nice option to see the ruins and the beautiful sunset.

Mike Did an awesome job during the drive explaining Greece ,Athens and making a few stops along the way for photos and shopping. Poseidon was a great site and there are some steps. Awesome photos of the surrounding bays. Well worth the money for the private tour and Mike did an excellent job. Highly recommended

Angelo arrived early and immediately made us feel welcome with his calm, friendly demeanor. He was an excellent driver, demonstrating great patience while navigating Athens’ heavy traffic. Throughout the tour, he was very informative and shared insights about the city’s history, Greek mythology, and local culture. All of the points of interest were exactly as described.. We learned a lot while also enjoying the beautiful scenic views of the coastline. I recommend this tour toanyone looking to see a different perspective while in the great city of Athens.

This was such a wonderful “all day” experience. We had a wonderful driver and guide, Themos, who really catered our tour to us. We stopped at a few more places than expected and had the most wonderful time seeing the coast and exploring the Temple of Poseidon. Definitely a must do!

We had Alex, our driver the day before on another sightseeing adventure, so happy he was able to drive us to the Temple of Poseidon We had lunch at an awesome seaside restaurant he recommend ed. He is very knowledgeable about Greece history and culture Showed us some extra sights along the way. Alex is a great ambassador for Greece and Athens

We spent the afternoon on a tour to the Temple of Poseidon with our driver Alex. We also made a short stop to view Lake Vouliagmeni on the way to the temple and a stop for a late lunch at the 4 Brothers Tavern where the staff is genuinely friendly and polite, and the fish is fresh and amazing. I highly recommend My Athens Transfer and our Driver Alex when visiting Athens Greece. You won’t regret it.

It is a long drive from Athens Plaka area. Our driver absolutely knew the area and shared insights and interesting information. We did make a couple of stops along the way for photos. I do not recommend for anyone with limited walking ability. The wheelchair ramp at the Temple of Poseidon only goes up about half way to the temple.

It was a great 4 to 5 hour experience and our guide Costa was incredibly knowledgeable and we learned a tremendous amount about Greek history.

Michael was our guide and driver to Temple of Poseidon for the sunset. He was informative and knowledgeable about all the sights we passed along the way. He was clear as to how to visit the temple and where to meet him when we were finished. He was a great driver, very safe and the vehicle was spotless. If we had more time we would absolutely book another day trip outside of Athens with him. Very professional and a great guide. He also gave us some suggestions on what to do our last day in Athens, which was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Pleasant half day tour from Athens. Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon is spectacular (entrance €20) but there isn’t a whole lot to see on the way there and back. Constantinos was an entertaining guide and the van was comfortable.

Our guide, Mike Iliadis, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed our 5 hour private tour with him, he showed us many areas along the coast and shared many facts and lots of history. He was a safe driver and even offered to take us to the pharmacy and grocery store. Highly recommend Mike!

A half day tour with a scenic drive to the Temple of Poseidon. We wish made a brief stop at a nice restaurant on the way back with nice view and great good.

We had a wonderful day with Panos exploring the southeast coast of Greece. They were very accommodating and were able to pick us up right from the airport to take us straight to the excursion.. The vehicle was very comfortable as well. Overall, I recommend this excursion.

This was my last adventure while staying in Athens long term. I had read about the greek riviera, but hadn't had a chance to see it. We had a beautiful day and my driver, Michael, was a pleasure to travel with. It was everything that I thought it might be. Thank you for a wonderful last memory of Athens.

Our guide, Michael, was very knowledgeable and well-spoken. We learned a lot from him, not just about the ancient temple and the affluent towns we passed through, but about contemporary Greek life and culture. The car was roomy and clean. The temple itself is in a gorgeous location and worth the trip. Note that if you wish to climb up to the temple, there is an admission fee of another 20 euro pp.

This half-day tour was a wonderful way to see the countryside south of Athens and stand in awe of the seascape that opens before you at Cape Sounion and the Temple of Poseidon. Be surprised at the changes in both population and landscape!

This was an amazing experience. Our driver Kosta was the greatest. I can not say enough how much we appreciated his wealth of knowledge and the conversations about Greek mythology, history, and language. Long but beautiful drive; a change of pace from city landscapes. Our drivers was well-versed in Greek history and educated us the entire trip. Walkway to Poseidon temple was mostly paved and while long and up hill, it is manageable for most mobility challenged individuals.
