I've traveled with Viator several times, and it's always been wonderful. I can't say the same this time. We arrived at the meeting point at the scheduled time, and there was no one to greet us or explain anything about our tour. There were more people like us. Half an hour, or maybe more, later, the tour operator guides, Arty, arrived. The rest of the excursion was satisfactory; our guide's explanations and attentiveness enhanced our trip to the Acropolis.

I could not write a better review! This was definitely the highlight of our trip! From the beginning, it was SO easy to coordinate with the InfoArty coordinator (Christos). They were responsive to their emails, all our questions, and meeting our needs. We were assigned Marita (our BILINGUAL- English & Spanish tour guide) for BOTH days and successfully saw all the corners of Athens, it's beautiful landmarks and even the Cape Sunion Coast. EVERYTHING was covered, from the tickets, to our transportation and guide. We were recommended great lunch places and could not have had a better experience. We were a large group of 12 and this was everyone's favorite part. Could not have been more pleased with Marita! She switched perfectly between English and Spanish! Will definitely recommend this to any and all my Athenian lovers!

When I arrived, they told me that the meeting time was a little later, and the tour said a different time (the one I arrived at). Also, for the museum, they took our headphones away on the bus and I couldn't hear well. I was more focused on listening than on being able to appreciate what I was seeing. Other than that, everything was fine.

George C Panagos guided us on a journey through time, introducing us to the political, cultural, theological, and social context to appreciate the sculptural and architectural details of the Acropolis and the museum. He was always attentive to the group, didactic and friendly, using humor and examples to convey his knowledge and passion to us.

My partner and I did the Acropolis + Acropolis Museum tour today with George C. Panagos and it has been a wonderful experience. He was very attentive to the whole group and kept giving us cultural tidbits throughout the visit to help us better understand what we had before our eyes. We just finished the guided tour of the Acropolis, Parthenon, and museum. Our guide was George C. Panagos: HORRIBLE. He was in a rush the whole time, he kept our museum ticket so we weren't able to go down to the excavation area, a shameless person. He didn't let us see the top floor where all the Parthenon marbles are because he spent 15 minutes forcing us to post positive reviews on TripAdvisor, and then we had to pick up the bags we had left, but there was only one single ticket, and of course, he had it, so he didn't even give us two minutes to see the top floor; he automatically rushed us out. A great deal for tickets that cost 30 euros. Certainly the worst experience I have ever had while traveling.

We took a tour with this company for a trip at the end of July. For the price, the tour was fine. But there are a few things that I did not like. We had to wait more than an hour at the meeting point. The guide did not know how to answer questions that were beyond what he had planned to answer, and instead of saying “I am not sure” or “I do not know,” he just answered something that had nothing to do with the question. Also, the guide did not stop at the Theater of Dionysus to be able to take photos, knowing that that area cannot be seen on the way down and that it was listed in the tour details. Which I think is a shame because we chose this specific tour because it said it included this theater. The details also said that we could take photos for 15 minutes at the Olympic stadium, but they did not let us get off the bus to do so. And the guide was also suggesting we have lunch at a place that seemed like a total tourist trap, which generally leaves a bad impression. I don't know when I will return to Athens, but on the next trip we are not going to choose this tour company.

TERRIBLE service from ArtyTours. They left us stranded at the meeting point because we were not on the list, then they came back for us because it was their administrative error, and when we got on the bus there was no room left and we had to sit separately despite having arrived at the meeting point well in advance.

The visit to the Acropolis was very good, and Ricardo's explanations were excellent. The museum was very good, and Ricardo continued to enlighten us with great patience throughout. I would have liked for us to pass by the front of more sites.
