Athens Sights Highlights On Ebike Tour With Local Food & Drinks

Ste was our tour guide . This was one of the best experiences of my entire trip. He was fun, but also educational. He allowed us to tailor the experience to our needs. He gave us more information when we wanted it, and didn’t when we did not. At no time that I feel unsafe on the e-bike, he was constantly watching and checking for us to make sure we were following along and safe. The highlight was going to a favorite restaurant he had found. The food was amazing, and it was unlike anything we had seen offered at some of the outside restaurants in the touristy areas. The food and atmosphere was out of this world. Do not hesitate to book this experience, I promise you will not be disappointed. 10/10

Our guide Ste was amazing. By far one of my favorite trips I’ve been on with in the past two weeks. Was very informative and helpful with all of us. Made any accommodations we needed and gave us plenty of time for photos or stops. Was in a great mood and kept us laughing the whole time. Would highly recommend trying this excursion out. The bikes are easy to get the hang of and the route was not very demanding. We were able to see little glimpse of places we normally wouldn’t have gone out of our way to see, due to all the taxis that would have been required, which made the bike trip so worth it. The restaurant we went to was a nice place and we were offered plenty of food and drinks.

Even though it was raining and a little windy we had a wonderful tour with Ste. Since there was just 3 of us he gave us the option of just going to a restaurant for dinner. We really wanted to do the tour so he handed out rain coats and we spent a great evening exploring Athens. He showed some typical tourist spots but also some special places on the Plaka and gave us lots of history too. Dinner exceeded our expectations and we learned much about Greek cuisine.

She was very nice and knowledgeable. The food was great, and the tour was excellent. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend it!

Stergios was an awesome guide! I ended up being the only one on the tour and he showed me some churches that I asked about. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend!

A brilliant tour. George is not your typical tour guide, he is a master story teller with an amazing knowledge of Athens and Greek history. His company and the bikes made a 3 hour tour an absolute delight and the lunch stop was a perfect way to finish. Thank you

This e-bike tour was the perfect way to begin our fun in Athens. Our tour guide, Stephani, was fabulous! She really knows the area and timed our trip perfectly. We made it to the National Palace just in time to see the changing of the guards. Stephani explained the significance of the uniform- beret, pleats, pom poms, and described the path that young people take to serve the country. We took pictures at the Olympic Stadium, learned the history behind Marathon, rode through the National gardens, Plaka, and other interesting neighborhoods in the region. Stephani was able to give us recommendations for dining and other sights to see. She connected with us on “What’s App” and responded to our questions about other spots in Athens. She has a warm and open nature and fostered a camaraderie amongst the cyclists. We all had a fabulous and fun time. Whenever we travel to a new city, we always book a bike tour first, in order to get the “lay of the land” from a pro. Stephani is the best and you should definitely request her. My husband and I had such a great time that we booked a beach bike trip for the next day. This tour comes highly recommended!

Fantastic way to see Athens. Much closer to all of the sights and quicker and easier to park and explore. Ste was a terrific guide and we got to under some of the history and local stories of the sight. We enjoyed our lunch and wine in the oldest taverna in old town Athens with nice traditional Greek fare

The perfect way to see Athens! The brutal heat did not even phase us by being on a e-bike. The best part was Sterios, the tour guide! So knowledgeable, fun and accommodating. Ended the beautiful tour with a lunch at a local beautiful historic restaurant. Delicious food and of course ouzo to finish off the wonderful day! Stinygeiasas! 10/10 recommend!

Amazing! George was a fabulous guide... pace was great, his knowledge and commentary was excellent, funny and very interesting. We just had one food stop but the meal was delicious. We would highly recommend this tour!!

As we did the ride, the guide Ste was amazing with his knowledge of Athens. We were able to get a wide look and see many places with an emphasis on less tourist areas. I definitely recommend this trip as opposed to walking.

The electric bikes were a fabulous way to get an overview of the city and what it has to offer. My kids thoroughly enjoyed being on electric bikes, mapping out the historical highlights of Ancient Greece and learning from George. Highly recommend WeBikeAthens for an exciting & adventurous introduction to Athens.

We went on the mezedaki food tour on May 7th 2019 with George. The tour was fantastic, we got a good seat for our 2 year old and went around all the good places to see. The greatest thing was seeing some local places to eat where locals go and not the tourists. George was super chilled and moved where we went if we’d been there already, we had a great time and it filled in 4 hours, get into it!

We loved our guided tour with Denis. With perfect French, he introduced us to the wonders of the city by shedding light on history and culture. Lunch in the restaurant allowed us to share a good time with the guide and discover the culinary specialties. We recommend this experience!

We did the food e-bike tour in Athens. What fun that was!! Together with our guide Stergios cycled through the city center of Athens. And although we were happy with the e-bikes (Athens is hilly) the route was easy to cycle. Nice things seen and heard, good food and wonderful cycling through Athens. Recommended!! Oh and the bikes were great too! well-groomed bikes, even a basket for a bottle of water and a quick binder was quickly fetched so that my bag could be fastened on the back. So perfectly cared for!

This weekend we had a fantastic bike tour led by Nathalie around the Acropolis. Initially booked for the Saturday, but on the advice of Nathalie this moved to the Sunday. This was a good choice after a rainy Saturday. The route on Sunday in the sun was very relaxed and fascinating. The E-bikes with pedal assistance cycled very nicely... really recommended.
