First, you never know what type of vehicle you will get; from airport to my hotel it was a taxi, and from my hotel to the cruise pier, it ws a very large and very comfortable van! Either way, it's worth it to have your own dedicated driver and vehicle! My driver, Takis, was very friendly and professional. He was there on time and had to wait for ME, as I was a few minutes behind. I thoroughly enjoyed the ride and his conversation!

This was the best choice for our group. There were 6 of us traveling together so we needed a big vehicle to get all of us and our luggage from our AirBNB to the cruise ship. The actual ride to the port was excellent, but there seemed to be a disconnect between the instructions given to Viator at the time of booking and the instructions Viator gave to our driver.

Though we were conveniently located to the Athens Metro to get to the cruise port, the idea of having to haul our luggage to get on a train during a busy time felt like it would be a big task.
