Great 4 hr trip. Wonderful way to see a different part of Athens and some of the bike/sports infrastructure. Didn’t know about the cultural center - very special. Amazing to be able to do a short bike ride to the beach. Strongly recommend.

Our tour guide, Elena was the nicest and very knowledgeable. She was very patient with us and catered the tour to what we wanted.
The bike trail and adventure was very good and our tour guide Alex made it that much better. Would recommend.
We had a fabulous day on our EBike Tour with Alex today. We spent just over 3 hours from Athens (near the Acropolis) riding down to the coast visiting a Marina, Naval vessels, refreshments at a cool Beach Cafe, the astonishing Stavros Niarchos Cultural Centre - sites we would never have been acquainted with otherwise. Alex was thoughtful and fun and kept us in shaded avenues, very pleasant on a hot day, loved it, thank you Alex and the Bike Company xx
We LOVED our E-Bike tour! Alex our guide was fantastic! His English was Great! He was very personal, and attentive to our safety, he had great knowledge of Athens and Greece in general, he also gave us some good recommendations on restaurants and other activities. The E-bikes were comfortable and it didn’t take long to get the hang of them. It was sure pleasant to add assistance when going up the occasional hill. We had the option of going for a short swim but instead chose to see the local Marina and Peace and Friendship Stadium where some of the Olympics were held. We were very pleased with our tour and would highly recommend Alex as a guide!!
What a great day!! Took the Coastal e-bike tour. Great way to see outside of downtown Athens. Safe bike lane. Can’t say enough about our guide Niek ( from The Netherlands). Knowledgeable, funny, sincere!
This was a great way to cruise through some mellow areas outside of the city center and down to the water. The weather was perfect and Nic was a warm, knowledgeable, fun guide!
If you don’t take this bike tour, you’re missing out. A great experience with our guide Ste , he was the best
Fun, safe, enjoyable, stress free. Ste was our tour guide for the e-bikes. He communicated well, such as how to use the bikes, where we were going (costal) asked for our input on what we wanted to do and see. Mostly bike lane, and when we did travel on the road felt safe, he let us know when it was safe to cross and was constantly looking back checking on us. When the tour was over he gave us a map and recommendations, (local restaurants, local stores, fruit, meat and fish market). Lastly, pedal assist bikes were in good shape, so easy to travel up hills and everywhere, helmets optional. Reasonably priced for the service we received!
Kostas and Dimitrios were affable guides as they safely led seven of us along a dedicated bicycle path from The Plaka region down to the Seronic Gulf. Once by the sea, we had time for a swim and the best cappuccino, so far. The e-bikes were comfortable and made the ride back a breeze, and there was even a delicious surprise included on the way. This tour comes highly recommended!
It was okay, I thought we would be biking down the coast but it was hour ride to the ocean through the city
Nancy our tour guide was great. Athens only has one bike route in all of Athens. We took it from the bike meeting place to the coast. We did take the bike route through neighborhoods for most of the way until we reached the coast. I would recommend this bike tour. The bikes were in good condition, and we were glad they were ebikes. It was fun and a great way to really see Athens.
Our guide, Nancy, was fabulous guiding us through the streets and great bike paths that as a visitor we would never go on own. The ride through the places where Athenians live gave us a better sense of the city vs. the incredible tourist oriented sites. The highlight was the stop at the National Opera and Library. A unique architectural accomplishment. Make sure to take the elevator to the top for the Aegean Sea view! On to a swim on a nice beach and rest prior to return. Suggest morning tour for less heat. Highly recommend as a cyclist or non cyclist as my partner. Good for all and at relaxing pace.
We wanted to do something outside the city centre and originally planned to go to Aegina but we changed our minds as we preferred something shorter than a full day (and really wanted to see the Stavros Niarchos cultural center) and that’s how we ended up choosing this e-bike tour. We were extremely lucky because it was just the 2 of us with our great guide Joey. Cycling was very safe and easy on a bike path most of the time. No helmet needed, which is definitely a plus.
Jo was the most relaxed casual guide. Very Aussie. Great times. Bikes were a bit aged but did the job. Great places to see.
My brother and I did this tour because we had already been to the Acropolis and wanted to experience a different area of Athens. Our guide (Constantine?) was really fun and easy-going, and very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods and the hidden gem areas to visit. The weather was perfect and we got to experience more authentic Athens. My brother is not a biker but found the e-bike easy to use and maneuver.
Nice Tour on bicycle ways we haven‘t seen before. Konstantin was a very good Guide who gave new infos
There were four of us on this ride. The bikes were excellent and we were provided with water. There is a cycleway to the coast with few roads to cross so it was very safe. We stopped on the way to talk about the communities we were passing and more recent history. We cycled through the marinas and along the coast. The water was tepid. We stopped at Stavros Niarchos Park and Cultural Centre in Kallithea and went up to the rooftop on the way back. We stopped at a bakery where they still hand make filo and we tasted a sweet and savoury selection. The cycling was easy with the ebikes and it is a gradual uphill on the way back. This is a great way to get out of the city and see a bit more in a short space of time.
Great optional tour while in Athens. Off the beaten path, our guide provided a ton of history and kept a great pace. Would definitely recommend. Our vendor, We Bikes, offers tours of the city but after walking around the day and half prior, we decided to try something different and bike to the coast. There is a small WWII cemetery near the beach and would recommend for all to visit and pay respect. We really enjoyed the tour, take the time and explore more of the culture in Athens.
We were very lucky to be the only 2 on our tour. Our guide Yota was lovely. We are used to cycling so wizzed along on the electric bikes which was cooling in the heat. We made several stops and enjoyed musical fountains display too. Our dip in the sea was refreshing and we saw lots of expensive boats as we cycled through several marinas. Glad we did this tour.
We did the coast line tour! Our tour guide (Vargo) was a great tour guide and provided us with lots of information on his city. He Kept us safe and on the bike trail whenever possible and felt comfortable not wearing a helmet. Less crowded than the city tour… We got to experience the water of the Algerian sea and see the locals at the beach and dipped our feet. We think the coast line tour is the way to go compared to the others to see where and how the locals live. Constantine was a great addition as he shadowed Vargo. He is from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania as are we so we hit it off as we are also. They recommended that we go to Elis for lunch And it was right around the corner and It was awesome. We had the Greek salad (tomato cucumber (feta cheese salad). We also had the lamb chops (portion size) and it was plenty!
I took two tours from this company. The sea side coastline and the Aegina Island tour . Both tours and tour guides were excellent. I will focus my review on the Aegina Island. This was a whole day experience. Amazing scenery, great views, we stopped for a swim at a fabulous beach. Lots of history to visit and scenic views. I would highly highly recommend it. Vagelis, who was the guide on the Aegina Island tour was simply excellent.
We had a great, relaxed trip. The guide was very kind and really interesting. There was enough time to socialize.
Had an amazing time riding down to the coast with Marina who was an excellent guide. The bikes were in good condition and the ride there and back was very pleasant with plenty of stops for breaks and an explanation of the area. Great to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
Amazing time on this bike tour! Yota our guide was awesome. We rode to the coast, and then stopped for a drink and a swim. We got very lucky in that it was just us two who signed up, so it was like a private tour (but again, we got lucky. This is not a private tour in nature). We had a wonderful time!!!
Very nice and humorous guide. Took us all the small streets to the beach, recommended the most delicious cafe, told a lot of interesting things.
The tour guide didn’t wear a bike helmet and we almost got hit by cars several times. I didn’t feel like the tour guide had our best interest in mind. I am an avid cyclist and bicycle safety is paramount to any bike ride.
Maria was amazing!!! Her friendly and open Personality was a highlight If this costal tour. We had been in other tours and wanted a different view of Athens - this was perfect and exposed us to another beautiful part of Athens! Maria speaks 5 languages and is Canadian so she is well traveled so understands all nationalities!! She was so good to have and we wish her all the best x
We booked this for our last full day in Athens and if we had taken this tour earlier we likely would have taken another. It was a great way to see the city from a whole different perspective without an exhausting ten mile walk. The electric assist bikes were excellent and our guide, Marina, was our new best friend by the end of the tour. She was careful for our safety, knew all the bike routes and was very informative. The wife and I strongly recommend this tour for anyone who loves to bike and has four hours to relax and enjoy. This is a part of your trip you will remember for a long time.
My family really enjoyed our bike tour along the coast with Natalie as she was great and shared information with us along the way. This was a great tour that showed us a unique side of the city, would definitely recommend. Natalie was a great guide, stopping often to point out local attractions and adapting the route to our interests. We had a great break at a cafe along the sea and even went for a swim. The electric bikes were awesome and saved us on a few of the hills and quick crossings we needed to make. They also gave some recommendations at the end of the tour that were very insightful.
Very much enjoyed this tour. Great to explore parts of Athens on e-bikes. Kept us on their bike trails, which were really nice. Went to see the marina, the brand new opera house and library. Stopped for coffee on the beach. Some of the Olympic stadiums. George ❤ our guide was full of information. And Diego the shop cat. Say HI to him!!
My husband and I did the Athens Coastal E bike tour with George. Such a great way to get out of the city center and enjoy some beautiful outside sights. Loved seeing the huge yachts and riding through the marina and stopping for coffee on the beach. Definitely recommend this tour. I loved those ebikes. First time trying one
Great tour with amazing view and good coffee at the beach! It was my first experience with bike and I really enjoyed it:)
We did this bike tour together with Soteria. She was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, which only made it more fun for us. The route was very nice, lots to see and possibility to stop when we wanted to know something or take a picture. Soteria was very protective and made sure that we could all, every road safely across. She took into account our pace and was able to answer all our questions. Highly recommended for those who want to see more of Athens in a fun way!
Super cozy and wonderful bike tour! We cycled on beautifully landscaped bike paths, neighbourhoods where mostly locals lived, got info about cultural sites and of course met the beautiful sea! Also very satisfied with our guide, she has humor and does this with passion!
Our guide Sotiria took us from busy Athens to the beautiful coast. What a wonderful place to relax from the crowds and breathe in the salty sea air. She took extensive time to tell us all about buildings, Greek culture and the coast. It was beautiful and very cozy. When you are in Athens a little longer it is fantastic to take the coast with you. Otherwise, a tour of the city is recommended. Thank you we bike Athens for this highlight of our trip!
