Ted was our outstanding guide in Athens. He knows the city inside and out, and took us to see the best places--from the best viewpoints! He was so good at getting around the city that everything felt easy and relaxed..which made the whole experience even better. Ted also transported us to and from the airport, hotel, and cruise ship! What a relief to know that a reliable, personable fellow was going to make sure we were in the right place..at the right time! Ted’s ability to vary our tour as we had seen some things already was amazing. We took two tours and saw so much including the temple of Poseidon and all along the coast. It really was fabulous.

Ted was amazing and we had a great full day in Athens. He picked us up in the airport and we did the Athens private tour, and I the afternoon we did the temple of Poseidon. Ted is a fantastic and personable guide! He adjusted the tour for me to match my physical limitations (I can't climb a lot of stairs) and still made sure that I had a good view of the Acropolis and Parthenon. He's so knowledgeable about Athens. As the tour progresses he pays careful attention to what you particularly enjoy. Then he works that into the tour. For instance, I love street art so he included some great ones along the way. I brought a friend along on the first tour. Halfway through we received a notification that we would have to unexpectedly disembark from our cruise ship that day. Ted immediately went into "Guardian Angel" mode. He helped us find hotel rooms very quickly despite there being two thousand other passengers trying to do the same thing. We were able to arrange a transfer with him to the hotel after we had packed our things while others were waiting for taxis. The next day he did airport transfers for a couple of my friends. I was staying for an extra day in Athens so he suggested a walking tour around Plaka, a beautiful neighbourhood in Athens, along with trying out some food. I'm glad he did because I had a wonderful time! He wasn't done with his "Guardian Angel" mode quite yet. He provided me with an airport transfer the next morning at the same time the taxis in Athens were going on strike. Thank goodness for Ted! The next time I'm in Athens I wouldn't call on anyone else but him for tours or transfers. He's the best. I recommend him 100%. Thanks, Ted! ❤️

Ted and his company were recommended to us on our recent trip to Greece by friends who had used his transportation services previously and by MotoGreece who we used for our 11 day motorcycle track across Greece (see separate review). Ted met us at the airport and transported us to our hotel for two nights stay in Athens. We utilized his half-day city tour service the next day to get acquainted with some of the popular attractions around Athens. We saw the changing of the guard and he reserved tickets for us to see the Acropolis & Parthenon. We were able to avoid a tremendously long line thanks to his experience, reserving the tickets in advance. It was a fun day and informative tour spent with Ted and we highly recommend partaking of this experience on your next visit to Athens. We additionally used Ted services for transportation to and from the airport and the ports on our extended holiday. He was always punctual, efficient and greeted us with a smile and a cold bottle of water. Ted has an extensive knowledge of Greece and we highly recommend him for both tours in transportation service .

Ted gave us a very good tour of Athens within a four hour time frame. He was well versed in history and passionate about the area and took us places we would have never found on our own. He adapted it very well to our interests and abilities to access areas. Spent a great half day with him in the extraordinary city. We had an amazing experience in Athens where we discover lots of historical monuments and also did some shopping. Theo is always available to help and he is very friendly and professional. He will make you discover and love Athens in less time. I recommend him for any trip in Athens and his knowledge is vast.

This was a great tour. Ted our guide was prompt and polite and knowledgable about the city and stops we made. He was not able to go into the Acropolis with us as he was not a licensed tour guide but it was still an amazing site and by this time on our cruise we had seen plenty of ancient ruins and we could go at our own pace to visit the site without having to hear about each spot in the Acropolis. If you want to hear the details and specifics of the ruins you should do a tour with a licensed guide but Ted was perfect for our needs. He allowed plenty of time fro pictures and free time at the Acropolis. He took us to a restaurant that served authentic Greek food and all four people in our group agreed this was the best Greek food we have ever tasted. After the tour he dropped us off at our request to do a little shopping in a different area of the town and we had the option of paying him to extend the tour or getting an Uber/taxi to take us back to the cruise ship. We opted on the Uber as to not have him just sit and wait in the van and we had no problems at all after the recommendations he gave us. He was also flexible with the tour start time and we left earlier than scheduled as to "get ahead" of the larger groups in the city and this was very helpful. Communication was easy through Viator and his personal Whatsapp account.

Excellent introduction to Athens. Time at each stop was just right and Ted was always where and when he said he would be to move on. Highly recommended.

Ted was a great tour guide. He’s from Athens born and raised, and he took my mom and I to all of the really cool local places. We had gyros at a local neighborhood restaurant, and it was so fun! Ted also was very helpful, my mom has trouble getting around and he always offered to help her get out and in the van, along with carrying anything. He also took pictures, and was great at it! He met us at the arrival port for the cruise and he was just great. He even went out of his way to take me to where Giannis grew up playing basketball. That was not included but so generous and an amazing time I’ll never forget!

Ted was an incredible find. He was courteous and shared a ton of knowledge about the locations he took us to. He had our site tickets ready so we could skip those lines, cold water in the vehicle, and picked a delicious lunch spot. He was also super helpful for our friends whose luggage was lost by Lufthansa. Ted helped make calls and spoke to the agents on their behalf so they didn't have to try and translate. Wow…we saw many sights and had an amazing local lunch. Nice way to be introduced to the beautiful areas of Athens. So much to do and see.

We booked not only our airport transports, but a full day tour with Athens Experiences. Ted was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! He was personable, had a great sense of humor, and let us go at our own pace. He even gave us EXCELLENT restaurant recommendations! Very knowledgeable and very fun! We only wished we stayed in Athens longer to experience his other tours!

Ted really packed a lot into our one day in a Rome prior to leaving on our 14-Day Cruise of the Mediterranean. We saw the Acropolis, Chapel of St George at Mount Lycabettus (tallest of the seven hills), Temple of Olympian Zeus plus the Changing of Presidential Guards. He was friendly and informative. So glad we found him for our one day in Athens.
