Great experience, from meet and greet at the airport , then a smooth ride to our hotel. Easy booking and payment beforehand. We would definitely use them again.
Perfecto! Dimitri was in the airport, right on time, holding up a sign with our name on it. Vehicle was big and new. He gave us an excellent intro to the city and people of Athens.
Our driver contacted us when we landed at Athens Airport at 3:05am. He was great, meeting us with a sign at the arrivals hall after we got our luggage. The driver was very friendly and helped carry our luggage to his van.
Our driver was at the airport waiting for us with a sign. Very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend.
The pick up went so smoothly and the driver was friendly, helpful and drives with care. We are very satisfied😄
Driver was friendly, professional, on time. The experience was seamless and convenient to use. The vehicle was clean and our transport from airport to hotel at Port was comfortable. The only recommendation is be mindful of the actual booking location the Port hotels are outside City Center at time of booking we booked for Port Hotel stay few minutes from the Port that was not clear at the time of booking, but it was advised to us after booking & additional cost was $15 euros to be paid to driver - so was not an issue at all. Would Highly Recommend this service it was convenient, easy, very professional driver/car service. Thank you !
This is a taxi service, in a taxi, driven by a taxi driver. We paid $82 for this service, and the equivalent (and much faster) taxi service available at the airport would have been around €35. Nowhere in the ad on Viator does it say that it’s a taxi service. We were greeted in the arrivals hall by our driver, who was holding up a sign with my name on it. He then took us to the kerb and told us to wait for him to return. He returned ten minutes later with his taxi and proceeded to drive us to our hotel. The taxi was clean, he was courteous, there was no bottled water as stated in the ad. We would have arrived ten minutes earlier at the hotel and for $40 less had we just walked straight the the taxi line and jumped in a cab. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. It’s false/misleading advertising.
Dimitri was amazing! Highly recommend!
We were in contact with Dimitri before our flight. He was clear with the instructions so when we landed he was already there at the exit and waiting. Very friendly and kind, he offered all 4 of us cold bottles of water (needed in the heat). The car was clean, comfortable and a nice 30min ride into Kifisia. Dimitri is great and highly recommended.
Ilias was amazing! He tracked our flight and was in constant communication with us. And got us to our hotel safely and quickly. Highly recommend!!!
Dimitri gave us an amazing experience and we really loved the experience. Surely we will come back to Viator again just because of how great Dimitri was.
Dimitri was on time holding a sign with our name at the arrival center. He was very professional, courteous and an excellent driver. Had water bottles in vehicle for us.
Dimitri was waiting for us when we arrived into Athens airport and made the transfer to our hotel very easy. The car was clean and comfortable and he drove safely. Highly recommended.
It all worked out well with Dimitri the driver
Seamless transfer, no issues. We were able to find the driver holding a sign and then we just had to wait for him to pull the van around.
It was a great experience. Our driver was there to meet us despite a delay. When we saw the Uber line we knew we had made the right choice. Our driver was very kind and informative.
Driver texted as we were waiting for our luggage, helped carry to the car and brought us directly to our hotel. The van was very clean.
Excellent and efficient service! Excellent communication, 5 stars! I would recommend highly, fast and hassle free.
Alex was an excellent communicator. He texted a few minutes after we landed. His car had more than enough room for our family and luggage (husband is 6’7” so this says a lot). He even took the time to text me places to eat near the hotel since the kids were tired and we didn’t have reservations.
Costa was great! He messaged me as soon as we landed and let us know where to meet him. He helped us with our luggage and had bottles of water for us in the car. His car was a nice Mercedes Benz and it was clean. He knew which hotel we were going to and it was an easy drop off.
Service as advertised and beyond. On time, waiting with my name at the airport exit, courtious. Recomended godd places to eat and visit while in Athens. Defiintively would recommend.
I got a text as soon as I turned my phone on from the plane, picked up immediately, got downtown as soon as traffic safely allowed. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

This way private transfers are supposed to work! Our driver met us as we exited baggage claim with a sign with my name. He was very courteous, and he helped us with our bags. We waited at the curb while he retrieved his car. We had a pleasant drive into Athens. He even pointed out points of interest along the way. The car we were in was very nice.
