Athens Airport Private Transfer

Reasonable price ($110) and nice driver. Everything worked as plan. He met us in the Arrival area and helped us with our luggage.

The van was there and driver waiting for us right as we exited baggage pick up. It accommodated six of us with large and additional suitcases with our problem.

What a relief to stop off the plane and walk through customs with a driver waiting to take your bags and drive us to the hotel! No taxi lines. No guess work. no sketchy drivers. It was easy and efficient. I highly recommend this service.

We provided flight info and were told they would be waiting outside of baggage claim. Airport was busy, took forever for luggage. No one waiting. Called number given and driver said he wasn’t able to wait. There was a taxi strike and forced to take train with multiple pieces of luggage. Requested a refund and nothing yet. Very frustrating.

The driver was pleasant and informative. He met us on time and at the pick up location. Would book Viator again.

They claimed they Tried to contact us prior to arrival ( one day) we were already enroute. Imagine. Further I had to see this only in the app as no emails were received. ( seems a Viator issue)

Driver was responsible, on time & extremely helpful & cordial!!! Was able to get us to the airport with time to spare!!!!

Demetrius not only picked us up from the airport - but was a wonderful tour guide as well! In addition, my dad’s family is from Volos so he played the traditional music from that area of the country and other music from our different ancestors. My grandsons all adored him. We had an enjoyable ride from the airport to our hotel.

Driver was at Hotel on Time 8:00am sharp ….no issues getting to airport … Private transport as advertised.. Recommend

The driver was nice and got us safely to our hotel. The description of the transfer was incorrect. It was not private, WiFi and chargers were not available, water and candy were not available…

Website requests flight number and arrival time for airport pickup. Our flight arrived 20 minutes late and baggage was delayed. While waiting for our bags, driver called that one hour had passed since arrival time and he could no longer wait and was leaving. Dispatcher called saying we would have to find our own way into town even though service was paid in advance (We had five large suitcases for five people). He said if we could wait an hour, driver would come back to get us at a cost of €50. I agreed to do that and eventually driver came back, but more than one hour later and we had to run all over the airport roadways in blazing heat to find him. Eventually extra fee was waived, driver very polite, but would not recommend this service. How can anyone accurately predict their arrival time and how long bags will take to arrive?

DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR/SERVICE! After a long trip from the States to Athens, I’m anxious to get to my PRIVATE TRANSFER to my hotel in the center of Athens. To my surprise, the transfer was not PRIVATE, which was in the description and what I paid for. When I arrived to the big black VAN, the size of a school bus, I said, that is a big van for 1 person. He loaded my luggage and the 8 bags from the another family, who also said they purchased a PRIVATE transfer. THEN he told us that we were all going to a white van across the way. Ok, which way is up? The other family was very nice but neither of us got what we paid for. AVOID AT ALL COST. CHOOSE ANOTHER VENDOR. One that will actually give you what you paid for. Company response….you must have been happy, you tipped him. Ughhh, I tip everyone. He would have received double the tip if I had a PRIVATE transfer.

Transfer was perfect. We used a minibus but that was ok. Driver very friendly. A can recomend without a daubt.

Very easy to deal with. The representative met us at the arrivals hall helped us get a SIM card for our phone and got us to the private van in no time. Driver was safe yet efficient.

Our driver, Nasos, was extraordinary! Our Ryanair flight was two hours late, but Nasos was at the airport waiting. He then helped us with so many aspects of our stay in Athens, including all of the complications arising from the requirement for covid testing before returning to the U.S. Thank you, Nasos!

Driver was waiting in the terminal with my name for easy identification. He was a safe driver and very friendly.

I can not praise this company enough. The level of assistance was amazing and the lady I spoke with, was so polite and accommodating. Competitive to a fault. If you want a service that provides door to door pick up/drop off, a great price and fantastic service then look no further. Nothing is too much trouble and I have never experienced such promptness and great customer service. The driver engaged, speaking excellent English and was truly lovely. Very highly recommended.
