Athens Airport Private Transfer To Piraeus Port With Meet & Greet

Excellent experience. George was in touch via WhatsApp as soon as our phone was off airplane mode after landing. Great car (clean & roomy) & professional driver (careful, courteous, well dressed). It was an hour's drive (in the rain) from airport to cruise port and we were comfortable throughout. Highly recommend George and this service. George contacted us after this trip to offer any other assistance and we would have taken him up on the offer if we stayed in Athens.

It always causes some anxiety in me to find my way around a new airport in a foreign country, and hope that my plans go smoothly. The Viator driver was reliably there as we entered the assigned area, holding up a sign with my name on it! He was friendly and courteous, taking our bags and escorting us to the car. The drive through Athens to our ship port was pleasant and hassle-free. Everything worked out perfectly. I highly recommend booking transfers through Viator! We also booked an excursion tour through Viator which was outstanding, but that's in another review!

Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Had to walk a ways to get to the mini van in the parking lot.

Check your date. I was flying on the 12th but didn’t get there until the 13th. By the time I realized this it was actually 12 hours before the erroneous scheduled pickup. They gave no refund or offered anything for this simple mistake even though there was plenty of time to reschedule the driver. And to add insult to injury, didn’t even allow me to schedule on the 13th. So I went with Airports Taxi who did just fine and was less cost. Viator needs to think about their customer service and meet people half way when errors happen. I’m guessing this type of mistake happens a lot and they make money because of it.

It was so simple…driver was right on time waiting for us. Dropped us off at our destination with no problems!

Anastasias met us at the airport and walked us to his Mercedes van. We travelled from Athens airport to the Piraeus cruise port. My husband travels with a wheelchair and Anastasias was so calm, helpful and caring. He told us about Athens and pointed out interesting facts. It was a relaxing introduction to the city and surrounding areas.

Excellent driver, picked up at Athens Airport, to Athens cruise port, 40 min drive, very caring driver, i needed a restroom stop, emergency, and my driver was so caring accommodating. Decided to give them a shot since they were 4 stars and had plenty of reviews. Our plane was delayed and I contacted them to confirm they knew about the delay. Since we wouldve missed our connecting flight (and cruise), I had to change our flight to a new one and immediately contacted the transfer company via viator. I notified them a day before the flight was to take place and they didnt respond until the day of. I was worried i wouldnt get an answer as i was getting on my connecting flight. Finally, i get a response when i arrived to the airport. They said this was too soon of an issue to make modifications. They couldnt offer any reconciliation even though they knew the original flight was delayed and I messaged them a day in advance of the changes. We had to find an alternative transfer last minute upon arrival. Luckily we found a group who arrived to the airport the same time as us and we paid for a group transfer. I later found out Ubers were available for a cheaper price.

Met us at arrivals, even though our flight was 2 hours late. Very friendly, excellent driver, felt safe throughout and got us to Piraeus quickly. A must for rapid easy transfers.

Don't book a pick up with Viator. I arranged a pick up in Athens, but when customs took too long to get through they left us. I was in constant contact about the delay but was in a line of maybe 600 that wasn't moving. Had to find our own transportation after the delay and Viator has not refunded 130 Euro! BTW, taxi only charged 65! Very unhappy!
